Scoreboard at Cedar Creek

I have been there several Sundays with a group to support our sports team. We have scheduled this with them yet time and time again there is terrible service. They have scheduled live music at the same time we are to be there and we made up 90% of the 40 people there. Latest they couldn’t get the game we came to watch when they have Sunday ticket. Food there has been good for most part and the service people did there best just lack of planning and some days no one seems to know we where coming because the manager wasn’t there or no longer works there.

My wife and I drove up to your restaurant yesterday to see if it was open. There were three women employees “lounging”at the entrance. When we stopped in front they said “we’re closed”. Checked your web site and it said open. We left simply because of the attitude. Hope your business has improved from your past reputation. We’ll go to Cumberland Canteen next time. Good luck.

The atmosphere is great. The service was great. The menu is small. My girlfriend and I went there because we like the scoreboard near Oprymills and wanted to try this one out. It isn't close to the oprymills scoreboard.

Word of advise the meduim sauce for the tenders are very hot. It's above Nashville Hot Chicken. So if you like Buffalo or less then go mild or less.

I love the atmosphere and the restaurant. I love how it's a beach vibe! The staff is very knowledgeable and professional and great at their job! The menu options were good and the band was great! The singer/ singers were talented ? The only complaint I have about the place is all of the food that I are tasted like it was cooked in fish grease. Even the tortilla chips. I didn't complain about it because the atmosphere was phenomenal and I didn't want to change the mood.

To say that I would never step foot in this establishment again is an understatement. The food was absolutely horrible, lacking any semblance of flavor or quality. The wait staff and management were not only rude but seemed entirely untrained in basic customer service. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority here.

I do not recommend wasting your time or money on this place. There are plenty of other restaurants that value their patrons and serve food worth eating—this is not one of them

Horribly run establishment! Nobody is trained and management is rude! Food is horrible and served cold! Definitely do not recommend. Too many other places on the lake with better service!

Service is decent if you sit at the bar and just get drinks but awful if you sit at a table. We went there on a Sunday evening, saw several tables get waited on multiple times close by but we weren't even acknowledged. (Wasn't busy and there were multiple tables available) We were there for about 30 minutes and then left. Not sure if the food is good... they didnt guve us a chance to order. I see several reviews of them apologizing to poor reviews but doesn't appear that they are really doing anything to improve service. There are too many other great marinas in the area. Im looking forward to returning when this place closes so that someone can open an efficiently run restaurant in such a great location. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. ✌?

Meh, all the way around. Food was mediocre, service mediocre. Cute marina bar, reminiscent of Florida bars. I’d recommend for drinks only. Been there 2x, has not improved.

I go ALL the time and there is always great live music, food is good and staff always nice! The pizza is AMAZING btw!

Came out on a Sunday around 5pm. Not too busy. Our waitress, Cali, checked in on us so many times and was very pleasant. Good live music!
