We love that we can take our boat somewhere to listen to live music. But the last couple times we were there we had terrible service. It took forever to get our first round of drinks. we had to flag down the waiter to put in a second round which we never received. We waited an hour for our food. Half the table got their food so we canceled the other half and took what we had to the boat. Such a shame….. we had such high hopes for this place but after trying a couple times I’m not sure we will go back.

I bought drinks and was not aware of their additional credit card fee. I went ahead and signed it , stupid, I had cash but better a debit card .The person working server I wish had told me . I didn’t see a sign telling about the charge .I learned the hard way .

My husband and I are always going to Cedar Creek for the day. This time we decided to stop in and have dinner. We asked to be seated outside and we were a little set back because it was nothing but round picnic tables and they were dirty. We stayed anyway. We sat thereFor over 30 minutes and not one server stoped to ask what we wanted to drink or anything! I called the front desk and told the lady our issue and she assured me that someone would be right there. After almost an hour of no service at all we left. Very disappointed because we had been talking about going for a while. Never again!!!!!

Scoreboards you need to do better. The last 3 times I have been here, it has been completely awful. The service is beyond slow and 90% of the time you have to wave down your server for refill or another drink. Last night was again another dreadful experience. We waited for the table for 30 minutes which is expected. Then, my party of 6 got sat. The server never came up to take any orders. We asked one of the servers to see if they could get our server. Their response was they had no clue who our server was and quickly walked away. They never got a manager or the server to come to the table. There is no management or if there is some very very little. After 35 minutes of zero service we left. I am embarrassed to bring family and friends here after a day on the lake. I hate this is my marina’s bar/ restaurant. Also, the bathrooms are sooooo nasty. I don’t think they were cleaned all day once again.

Waited 2 hours for food (burger & fries, and chicken bites & fries). Sure, on a Saturday afternoon but it was before dinner rush. Server blamed the bar for our beers being slow, which might have been too. He said "hope soon" when we asked about our food. Another 40 minutes later, we had to go. Will go back when we have a lot of free time. Atmosphere was okay with 3 seating areas and a loud stage down bottom.

Management and staff changed a 3-4 weeks ago, service was not good…waited forever for drinks after constantly reminding staff what we ordered, management wasn’t present that I could tell. Oh yeah, no oysters because they didn’t have staff to shuck. Then today…I called multiple times to see if they were now serving oysters…sounds easy rite? They never answered the phone after 4 attempts, so I thought I could get someone to answer if I selected the to-go option…Nope! Then I tried the option for the manager…Nope!Not sure why they changed management and staff, never had a problem until changes were made. They won’t be in business long if this continues.

Place has gone downhill. Service was terrible. Ordered catfish and a side salad, got a huge salad with cut up catfish on top. Waitress said go ahead and eat it and I wouldn't be charged. Started to eat it and had a hair in it. Pretty gross.
