Disclaimer: Let me start by saying I’ve never wrote a restaurant review this negative and hate to do it but this has to be addressed .
FOLKS DO NOT EAT GERE. I’ve worked in restaurants for 10+ years and how I was treated today was unacceptable . I feel bad for the owner because they clearly must be unaware of the people they have put in place at this establishment wouldn’t be able to tell you what day it is.
I come in to pick up a to go order 50$+ worth of food . The first employee goes QUOTE “ohhhhh sorry sir this happens ALL the time but it looks like someone came and stole your order” I said wait what ? Mind you, i drove over 30 minutes to the restaurant . I asked for a manager. I tell the manager that I’m frustrated that is becomes my problem because they let someone take the food ? I asked the manager “ if the food is being stolen ALLL the time and your active employees are telling the customers tha then why don’t you put the steps in place to make sure you’re business isn’t losing money and your destroying any bit of customer Loyalty if you had any in the first place. I’m very disappointed and like this place a lot but I WILL NEVER I REPEAT NEVER GO BACK OR recommend TO ABSOLUTELY NO ONE . Those employees are going to run that owners business into the ground for the lack of effort and poor customer service .
The Stilts
This is one of my go to’s when I want tasty chicken. Their chicken strips, sandwiches and salad are all delicious. Ordering on the app is so quick and easy. It makes picking up food fast and convenient. Their sauces and dressings are great, as are the sides like fries, Mac n cheese, and okra. I have not tried anything at this restaurant that I have not enjoyed. The staff are always very nice and attentive.

This was our second stop at a Slim Chickens. The food was FRESH and HOT! The lady at the window was funny and sweet! Plus they gave us more than one napkin! Better than zaxbys, chick fil la or canes!

The staff were proficient with there job. Food was okay,(no complaints on food) For what the banana pudding cost it should not be 80%whipped cream!!! I do not recommend any of the Jared deserts from hear unless you are willing to pay for over priced whipped cream!!!! It is a real shame that every other restaurant you can tell them to leave out the whipped topping but this restaurant doesn't even offer you the option with no whipped topping. As a person who hates the taste of whipped cream I feel this is discrimination.

Since the manager left, this place is failing! Getting worse by the day. My husband goes everyday after work (spends a damn fortune there) his new fav is the Tender Bites with honey bbq, and hella expensive banana pudding. After today, says he’s had it. They only have one fryer so they can’t make fried okra, pickles, mushrooms, etc. Didn’t have Mac n cheese, and the amped up employee spilled Coke down the side of his truck. What once was a good thing, is no longer.

I love slim chickens.. however today my chicken in my salad was raw!!! Be careful and check before leaving! I ate a few before realizing, hoping for the best here lol

We were expecting something different but it was regular fried chicken. Great service and clean fun dining area. It had a separate area for families with kids to romp around. Very courteous staff. The spicy BBQ sauce had barely any bite to it but we mixed it up with the buffalo sauce and it was better. Banana pudding in a jar was yummy.
prices are over the top. club chicken sandwich was absolutely the worst piece of chicken i ever tasted. waited 7 minutes in line and there was only 1 car ahead of me before the cashier redirected the car ahead of me to a waiting area. the cashier seemed like she was going toooo fast, if you get my drift, and i had to remind her that i had a drink she forgot to hand to me! if im going to pay 13 dollars for below average food , it will not be here again!

Best place for Great, quick meals in Mt Julie. Curtis was the employee who took my order and served my food.. he even came back through to confirm everything was up to our satisfaction, and connected our trays and trash. Great job Curtis!

Always late on curbside. Genuine question, what's the point of putting in a time if you won't honor it? I sat there for a little over twenty minutes, and the only reason my food was even brought out was because another curbside pulled up and the got their food in two minutes and the dude asked if I was waiting too. Then my drinks, two different teas come out, and there is no indication of which is which. I don't know, but in my honest opinion if the two drinks are not easily told apart it's common sense to indicate which is which, but I suppose today will just be a guessing game. I get it, some days are good or bad, that's just life, but curbside experiences are always bad and it's added up enough that I personally won't be back.
