It’s really a hit or miss as far as service and smoothies. Most of the time, they’re running behind or late. And the same smoothie either tastes great or terrible. Like I said, it’s a hit or miss.

The young adults who work here are so polite and happy to help everytime I go. Some of my fav smoothie choices are the strawberry peanut power plus, lemon ginger spinach, papaya mango ginger, vegan mango kale, my son loves his little angel and I’m happy it has multivitamins in it :) These drinks just make you feel great. I know for me if I’m not feeling well or feel like something is trying to come on illness wise I go and get the lemon ginger spinach and it makes me feel 100% better! I’m happy I can count on Smoothie King to help me feel my best.

Went to the hermitage location and was given the wrong drink. I was on my way home and didn’t know until I had made it back into town in Mount Juliet. Stopped in and this location fixed it for no charge. Highly recommend this location. Great staff that went above and beyond for no reason at all!

I recommend evaluating your drive-through operations, as current wait times appear to be excessive. For example, it should not consistently take 30 minutes to receive a smoothie with a staff of 4-5 and drive through line of 3-4 cars.

Visited today and had a really disappointing experience. Staff were rude and made fun of me just because I accidentally said “21 oz” instead of “20 oz” when ordering. Very unprofessional and embarrassing. Won’t be coming back.

The worst experience. Came in for a 32oz. watermelon hydration with pure recharge. Ordered stood there for over 10. The light-skinned young saw me standards ng there for awhile. Sir what did you order. I repeated my order. The other two are chatting about movies. “Cars” to be exact. I watched 4 cars g through drive thru. I asked Where is my order? She said sir we are in a rush. I asked then why are you guys talking about movies and talking to customers about their kids. Then she lied said This is your order right here. And it wasn't my order. So I just left. I walked in at 12:00 left at 12:26. Who ever owns this Smoothie King time training. I hope they split my money and tip.
