Two days in a row I show up at 6:15p for a smoothie in Mt Juliet and your driv thru sign says” open” but you have a paper sign on the speaker that says “closed at 5…sorry”. Come on. What’s going on?

Never been here before. Didn't know what to get. I sat for 10 min in line patiently. When I asked if anyone was there I heard "What do you want? Come from the box. I asked for the Keto Champ. I didn't know what it was and I was about to ask when "WHAT KIND DO YOU WNT!?!!" came from the box. I said Berry. "Pull around". I did. Sat there for a min. Was asked to pay, I tapped. Was handed my drink and dismissed.
This is kind of a health food kind of a place right? Why would you have somebody so unhealthy working here?
I paid $13 and I don't even really want this anymore so I can't rate your food.

I enjoyed the smoothie I ordered, but it was slow. Soooooo slow. It took ten minutes from ordering to getting the smoothie and there was no line. For that reason alone I won’t return.

Girls that were working had zero customer service. Smoothie was full of ice and the store smelled terrible. Also, bathroom trash was overflowing like it hadn’t been changed in days. 0/10 do not recommend.

I’m the manager over at one of the knoxville smoothie kings, I came and stop by this one while on a trip in nashville, The manager was super sweet, and the staff was very polite and made my smoothie perfectly! Praise to them!!!

Absolutely love this place, their smoothies are to die for. They have anything you need from a quick protein snack to any flavor smoothie you need, the manager was so nice and their service is always under 5 minutes! Will be back :)

Decent place. Service is always “ok” at best. But the really weird part is how they hand you the card reader at the drive through window. It’s so awkward and unnecessary. No other drive through does this. Why???
