I've seen it all. I was at the Mt.Juliet Starbucks on Lebanon Road today, waiting to place an order. I saw a woman with purple in her hair making sandwiches approached by another woman saying that she couldn't help her because her perfume made her grossed out and she didn't like it. Then proceeded to make gagging noises out loud. The pain in that woman's eyes hurt my soul but she just kept working. Her nametag said Erin. The mean lady had a nametag that said Allie. I was shocked to say the least at that kind of entitlement and rude behavior. I watched an employee be bullied right in front of me. This should never be tolerated anywhere no matter what. She should be fired for that disgusting interaction.

I like this starbucks. But I dislike going to starbucks in general just because they ask for a tip as part of there checkout process. Why would I want to give a tip before I even know how good the drink or service will be. That being said, it's a starbucks. If you're expecting to spend too much for a decent drink with a lot of unnecessary calories. You're in the right place.

Luckily, this is the Starbucks right beside my work so I go here frequently, they never disappoint! My Matcha with honey, taste better than any other Matcha and any other Starbucks around, they do it right they listen and Handle each customer with Care!!

We ordered online this morning and when we are going to pick it up they made us wait for 30 minutes and still our coffee is not ready. We asked them to just cancel the order and they said that we will have to call customer service. There are like 30 people waiting in the store. We ended up leaving without a coffee. IT IS A SCAM!!!
Why am I waiting almost 30 mins in the lobby for an order that was placed online while everyone there after gets their orders? I’m literally standing there almost the last person in the building. I can’t wait until Dutch brothers opens.

when my daughter got her Carmel crunch frap she noticed a long black hair in her drink. We were headed to a family reunion and church so we didn’t have time to return it. Not very clean
