Do not waste your money at this location they do not make their drinks right. I ordered a venti Lavander lemonade they only added one scoop of flavor when your order clearly states 4 and using a personal cup from them that holds 24oz you see how little you actually get. This has happened to me multiple times with drinks being wrong.Train your staff!

Employees at this store (managers included) use intimidation, bullying, discrimination and mob mentality to single out other employees. Making people fear for their safety to try and work to make a living. Very unprofessional Starbucks. Employees that come to do their job, get written up because they had to leave because they were being ganged up on feeling unsafe and threatened by the trash that works there.

Imagine spending 17$ on a decaf latte for it to be a regular espresso latte because the staff here could care less. I work right next door and I come here A LOT and it seems impossible for them to hit a simple button that says DECAF. It really can't be that hard, I am just convinced they just don't care. This is at least the 4th time this has happened to me and I am done giving them anymore chances.

Billy at the Mount Juliet Starbucks is an incredible employee that treats customers with genuine kindness. He definitely deserves a raise! This Starbucks is efficient and pleseant.

Great staff and environment . Wish the company took better care of it's employees. They are underpaid for the great service and care they provide. I am troubled that the workers try so hard to keep the customer happy yet the corporation does so little to pay a fair wage or provide true access to benefits.

Every time I come to this location, my drink is always wrong. It's not a complex drink. Extra shot vanilla latte oat milk but at least one thing is messed up. A couple attitudes towards customers are very standoff ish lately.
Starbucks is my absolute favorite place! Their drinks are amazing, especially the cookie crumbl!

They have a couple of baristas that are awesome but if you go there when they aren’t working it’s very obvious as the wait is horrendous and the coffee is subpar.
