The iced matcha latte was good overall, just got to remember to ask for an extra pump of sweetener when being asked if I want sweetener in it as it was a bit bland in that area.

Best Starbucks in Mt Juliet, quality convenience and cleanliness. I order a lot of venti salted caramel cream cold brews. Cyd makes the best out of all Starbucks. Whatever she and her coworkers are doing, multiply and more stores will succeed. Thank you!

I went to the Starbucks in Target on April 28, and purchased 8 gift cards to prepare for teacher appreciation week. I explained to Emily how I wanted to present them to my daughter's teachers & she went above and beyond to help me achieve my goal. Amongst other things she mentioned they had special Teacher Appreciation gift cards and looked high and low to find them. She had the best attitude and was so helpful. I'm very glad I encountered her. She made my day. Give that girl a raise!

We had the best experience 3 times over our weekend trip. They ran out of cream and Lakresha, who could have said “sorry, we’re out”, instead went (ran!) and got some to make us a perfect latte. Kelsey helped us two mornings in a row, and on the second morning remembered a detail from our order that I almost forgot to ask for. Customer service is these two queens!! Thank you ladies for being awesome!!!

I got the shaken espresso on ice and it was mostly milk, when it is supposed to be espresso with a *splash* of milk. This happened before but I thought it may be a one off, but now i know they just don't make them like a typical starbucks would. Not good.

I ordered a venti it was about half empty and the lady said that’s all they fill them to it was 2 cups with a broke lid she snubbed her noise up at me and told all Starbucks fill venti half full now she was rude they were not busy she only gave me a half full cup of coffee n gave me an attitude I asked for her store maniger number and she said she was the store maniger!!!! And venti cups at all Starbucks are filled half full however every Starbucks I’ve been to filled up to the top of the cu!!!!

Pulled up at 8:34 after checking online to see when they close which clearly states 9pm. THREE staff members standing around inside doing nothing. We were rudely told over the intercoms that they were closed when they clearly weren’t. I would say that’s the worst service I had ever had, but I didn’t get a chance to even order.
