We went through the drive-through, and when they got to us, they told us to hold, so we did. We waited 30 minutes till my mom said hello about 3 times, and the worker said "maam I told you to wait"(in a very rude tone), and later on, when they finally got to get our order (still in a very rude tone)she gave them our order and the man said hold slow down And mother said to be nicer to her, he retorted, "You can get out of the drive-through." So highly do not recommend I'm extremely disappointed in the service here

It’s been awhile since I came into a Steak ‘n Shake to sit down and eat. It certainly has changed and not for the better. Everything is served in plastic. They got my order wrong and couldn’t get anyone’s attention to tell them. I have been going to Steak’nShake since the 70’s. Food was subpar in taste as well as greasy, in addition to being wrong. I ordered the chili Mac and received some screwed up version of chili 5 ways. 😒. The two are NOT the same. What I got was spaghetti with the chili w/beans poured over it. It was very unappealing. Won’t return anytime soon. Which is a shame as this was a big part of my childhood that I could still revisit and enjoy.

Ordered my food they didn't have any pepper jack cheese. I also ordered cheese fries they didn't give me any cheese I had 3 meals and 3 drinks they didn't have a drink carrier. Poor management out of stock on everything I ordered DO BETTER I WILL NOT BE
Service was slow, but the food was fresh and delicious. I wish they let you use all the money on your gift cards on the app. That was our only disappointment. Losing the convenience of using mobile app to order. We had to order and wait.

What the heck is happening here? Atmosphere is very sterile and cold. They've almost eliminated servers and cut down the menu. You order via a kiosk with no one to answer questions. The food had little flavor. Very disappointing. The shake was much smaller than it used to be and not very good.
This is seriously the best hamburger I've tasted in a long time. It's got to be 100% beef like they say not just partly 100% be the service amount. Julie was excellent. Everybody was pleasant. Said hello. Felt just like you were in someone's kitchen. Strongly recommend a go-to with this one

Didn’t even make it past the drive through speaker. Pulled up and waited 5 minutes for them to rudely tell me when they finally said something, that I had better plan on waiting about 20 minutes. If they don’t want my money, I will oblige them and take it somewhere else. Sucks because I really like Steak and Shake. Just not this pitiful excuse for a business.
