It took a little time in the drive-thru, but it was well worth the wait. Best burger I've had from a fast food restaurant ever. I spent about the same as McDonald's and the food quality and taste was so much better.

Since Steak 'n Shake stopped being a real restaurant that had servers & cashiers, they have really gone downhill. They have removed a lot of the popular food items such as ice cream sundaes. It takes forever to get your order. The kitchen staff just don't care about getting your order done in a timely manner. It took over 20 minutes just to get milkshakes. Staff was more concerned with talking & walking around.I have avoided this so-called restaurant for years. Now I remember why. I won't ever visit another.

For the last three times my orders have been wrong and they have a tendency to upgrade you on your fries without letting you know that they did it until you get your bill. And I'm not sure what they're using but the food is been extremely greasy

At the specific location in Mount Juliet we ordered online and picked up the store it appeared everything was there until we got home. Everything was sealed up however after opening our cup of Chili's two of them we're missing. I spent 30 to 40 minutes trying to contact somebody at the store and nobody ever answered. I submitted a feedback online and waiting to hear back.

The best Steak n Shake I’ve had in my life! I’ve been to 100’s across the country and it’s always mediocre or terrible but the cook here needs a raise! Fries and burger meats were dilish!! It was 9pm 10/28. I’m serious give that cook a raise.
Steak and Shake went thru drive thru 1st, and they said I have to come in to order they were busy.As I waited for my food, people did order in drive thru.But i was told you have to order your food on the kiosk .No customer inside .it was cleanMy 1st order came out so fast it wasn't fresh at cold burgers and French fries.Please ask for fresh food that was my fault for not asking for fresh food .I second order was hot .
