Watched them unload the bread from the back of a van
I have high blood pressure and sometimes I try to park at their parking lot so that I won’t have to stress myself since my daughter attends Mathnasium. Today, a staff came from there to ask if I was here for someone in Mathnasium and I said yes and he told me I should adhere to the 10 minutes rule or he will call police 👮♀️ for me. If you have a business, you don’t know who would refer people to you.
Another person was also parked on the 10mins slot but he never went to the person! So sad!
These folks just hate their job or life, not sure. However, it is obvious they are miserable.

Not a terrible Subway, but not one I will likely frequent. As of Sept. 2025, they do not accept national coupons like other nearby locations. For this reason, I go to the other locations, or this one. ATTN MGMT: I’m assuming you don’t feel the need to accept the national coupons, but FYI, there are customers, like myself, who could afford to pay full price on sandwiches, but as a good steward of my money, I will choose the other Subway locations that accept coupons unless I’m in a real time pinch. For what it’s worth..

One of the worst subways I’ve ever been to, also one of the worst places I’ve been to eat! The man working was super rude, had an attitude and kept sighing frustratedly coz he had to toast my sub two times and just coz I bought 3 subs. I was being calm and friendly but his voice was just loud and irritated, not wanting to put any effort into making the sub. He was also being rude to couple little girls who came with their grandma. Come on dude, show some niceness to kids, also to the owner, you might wanna look at who you hire coz he has no customer service, no manners, no politeness, just pure arrogance, staring and glaring at people. Pls stay home if you can’t work, I’ve worked in restaurant business and always was nice no matter what!!!

Rude as hell about telling me what I can get with a coupon. Coupon says eligible for "anything but these specific items" and they tell me it's only good for "build your own" items, even if what I want is at the exact same price point. Confusing, rude, and I'm not coming back. I get it, don't shoot the messenger, but whoever came up with the coupon rules should be fired.

These guys were so funny, such a great atmosphere. Great service, we tried the new one foot roll ups. 3 kinds pepperoni, double cheese, and chicken. All really amazing

I ordered tuna sub, and asked for Monterey jack cheese, she said she only has Cheddar I said that's fine, then she put shredded cheese on my sub and I kindly asked if she has other sliced cheese and the cashier and she instantly turned very rude with me when I told her I prefer sliced cheese instead...she was very irritated that I asked her to remake it with sliced cheese instead. This is my second bad experience with subway being very rude with me even though I'm kind with everyone. No more subway for me.

Poor service
Ordered online for curbside pickup. After 30 minutes waiting, I called store to make sure they had received. Employee who could hardly speak English, said order was there and ready. He brought it out and I left. When I got home, sandwich was cold, cheese had recongealed and bread was hard. Sprite was not good. Apparently Sprite keg was not mixed properly. It was awful. Only thing that was good were cookies?. Employee made the excuse that they were exceptionally busy inside. Not an excuse in my mind for a food business. I will think twice before I order from this location again.

I had to go to thos location because is close to me but the customer service is very rude very disrespectful to you if you ask something they will talk to each other with different languages which is very rude i hate this location they don't care about customer at all they care about getting your money.
They are consistent. You always know what you will get. Sandwiches are freas and tasty.
