I was an avid customer of the yogurt shop when it was right next to Kroger in the Mount Juliet, Providence shopping area in Tennessee. It moved to the area it is at today a few years ago, but I was just recently able to make it to the location it is at today. They have a good setup and lots of selections here, but it's definitely different from the old shop. From the conversation with the management of the store today, it has recently been bought out from the prior owners. I'm not sure what the plans are for the shop now , but I have high hopes of the store becoming a place I will definitely want to keep coming back to.

I had been to this location a few times over the years and was not impressed, but the new owners have really stepped it up! The atmosphere, baked goods, friendly staff, and flavor options are great! I love how they are bringing the community together with fun events like "karaoke night"!

Best place run by the sweetest family!!! They are pouring their hearts and souls into this place and it shows!! Since they took over you can feel their touch!! I highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed!!

Came in with a group after they rebranded. (5 people total) two of us asked for sample cups to see what they wanted but changed their mind after trying 2 flavors they disliked. One of them put a minuscule amount, I mean 3 fruity pebble flakes on top of their sample to see if she would like it and change her mind and get something. While 3 of us ordered a whole cup of yogurt. Later we were told to pay for their sample cups since they didn’t want to get anything. Since when did free samples not become free. The new owner handled the situation very unprofessionally and was disrespectful and rude. We understand she should not have done that but little as it was, he could have handled it kindly. As we left he wanted to argue with us, along with saying “come back and see us again and bring money next time.” Never coming back again. One friend paid while this was happening while the other paid for the sample cups. Never coming again we understand product but gosh these were Hersey kiss sized. I have been a customer at this location since it’s been here and will not be giving them any more business. Miss the old management

Tried The frozen yogurt today.Chocolate and Vanilla were OkayFlavors were average at best, probably because they were all either low fat or no fat.I guess I like fat.EditedI will give it another try because of the best customer service and reasonable response to my feedback.

Sometimes they are open and sometimes they are not. They have the hours on the door, but they don’t add heed to those hours, it’s like they open when they want to and close when they want to.
This is a terrible location! We’ve been to sweet Cici’s before and this one is NASTY. They don’t clean the place at all. The tables are dirty, the floor is dirty, the toppings are not cleaned up at all (see pictures as example). The machines don’t work well either. It just feels gross and sticky. We’ve been twice and won’t be back.

Showed up at 8:30, there were other people in there finishing their yogurt and we were turned away because they were “closing early” their hours are posted until 10pm. No sign on the door.
