About a month ago this place went downhill, fast. It went from the best Taco Bell to one of the worst overnight, with missing items in the order, over 30 minute wait times and staff yelling at each other in the back. It's a shame to see one of our favorite places for lunch or dinner become one of the most inconvenient fast food spots in Mount Juliet. I'm willing to change this review if it gets better but for now I had to let the people know! With enough feedback I hope the hiring manager gets a reality check and fixes the issue. Please save our favorite Taco Bell!

visited while waiting at discount tire. dined in ordered a 3taco meal and a burrito with no red sauce no onions side of nacho cheese and an extra taco supreme had to go back up for chz sauce and then again for missing extra taco taco the tacos were made correctly but the burrito was not. it had left over not mixed correctly refried beans that were super yuck I have been here once or twice before and appreciate the fast service but it seems like everytime the beams are terrible here or anything I order with beans is never right sad to say.

Didnt get my order right. I order the three tacos supreme combo. told the lady working i wanted one more taco supreme after she asked me if I wanted anything else. Also the beans in burrito tasted old so I spit it out. Definitely not coming back.

It's ok nothing to brag about... food is OK but for the price a sit down meal cost about the same... service is still kids serving food. Not fond of the food changes on the menu... for the price it should be better.

I didn't even order food, I just do delivery for them, and I wouldn't order their food. They have people with full beards working line with no beard net. That's not just wrong, it's a health code violation that would get me fired at the Taco Bell I work for.

I drove through, and ordered for MY WIFE AND TWO GRANDCHILDREN no drinks, a pretty boring standard choice of items 45bucks, and by the time we got home, it was DISGUSTING cold, and soggy… Never again….

I don't know what their secret is to having a great staff at this location is but it's working. We get great service every time from this location and they prepare the meals correct all the time. We door dash from this location and they get our orders correct.
Food is taco bell. What more can be said. It's great when your craving it.
