Taco Bell is one of those places that you either hate or love. For me, it's been a staple for nights when we want a guilty pleasure or are just ballin’ out on a budget. Not all locations are created equal, but the Mt.J Providence area Taco Bell has always been reliable. Pro Tip: check the Taco Bell app for online exclusive items, as sometimes you can get some new stuff that's not on the menu yet.
They have an incredible staff. Also there is a person dedicated to keeping the dining area clean.

I just ordered via Uber eats and whoever made my order THANK you! It’s one of the best grilled chicken burrito I’ve had in Taco Bell. Everything was fresh and warm.
We customized several things for our order and they got it perfect! They also had it ready quickly, were very friendly, and had some of the cleanest bathrooms I've ever experienced! I've worked customer service for over 20 years and when I say they get a 100% from me that's high praise! Hopefully the crew tonight will get recognized for doing a great job!!Dietary restrictions: I had gastric surgery and am on a limited soft diet and taco bell is one of the only places that have food I can eat.

The food was okay but my order is NEVER correct and I didn't get a receipt with this transaction. I felt something off going through their drive thru today but it didn't occur to me about the receipt until I was already home passing out food. With all the identity theft and stealing going on from handing over your debit card, I either won't go to this location anymore or will only pay in cash.

Menu is more expensive than any other taco bell. $2 burritos are $2.50... despite advertising. Hermitage is cheaper and consistent with national pricing.

We went through the drive through on 8-24-2023 around 5.10pm and has the rudest encounter with an employee. Once we start ordering I had only said one thing out of multiple things I was about to order and after everything I said, she rudely kept responding with “anything else” in a crude tone. Then when we pull up to the window to receive our food. She is rudely glaring at us, while passing us our food saying nothing. She said nothing the whole time and even when I would say thank you she’d just shut the drive thru window in my face. Very rude, no thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. Terrible customer service.
