THIS IS THE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN I ORDERED 2 pics potato soft tacos 1 stacker and nacho fries my nacho fries were stale and tasted horrible. One of my spicy POTATO tacos had some oboe had Chicken in it the other one the potato’s were stale and cold, and then my stacker tasted horrible literally like raw potatoes. And honestly from the reviews i have seen on here this place needs to step up their game and $10.60 ARE WE SERIOUS. every other taco bell i have been to tasted actually good the place SUCKS.

Tried their drive thru here in Mt Juliet. Got home they literally dumped my tacos. Unwrapped in my bag. Swore I'd not go back. Just ordered ubereats from same location. There was no meat in my tacos, burrito supreme or taco belle grande. Bad service. Absolutely a rip off!! Terrible spirits

I eat chicken quesadillas about three times a week and today my second quesadilla smelled like cigarette smoke, the quesadilla was overall fine just the smell coming off of it make it difficult to continue to eat

So I’ve never had such a terrible experience anywhere. I never received my order so I called the store where I was first told they didn’t have my order, another store did. After calling around I was told they were the only store to have my order. I called back and they admitted to having it and then the lady who I was speaking to handed over the phone to another girl who I assumed was the manager. She was incredibly rude and she continuously kept cutting me off. She kept trying to explain that they were not able to see my information which I understood but I asked do I go to support for a refund or can they issue it, she never answered my question, instead she felt the need to keep interrupting me to make a point I’m not worried about. Her tone and behavior is disgusting she clearly needs further training.
I asked what her name was and clearly she was too embarrassed to give it to me because she then abruptly put me on hold then hung up on me. I called back twice and they never picked the phone up. If you’re going to treat people disrespectfully don’t be embarrassed and refuse to give them your name lmao. She needs to be fired, I had pleasant experiences multiple times in the past, but I will not order from the location again because of tonight.

Asked for avocado ranch and when checking my bag before leaving noticed that we only got avocado salsa verde which was not what we asked for. When asking for avocado ranch the worker argued and stated rudely it was in the bag I pulled out the packets and stated that was not avocado ranch and she said “it’s the same thing” I asked for the correct one in the container and she rolled her eyes and pitched an attitude like I was being an inconvenience even though she had no problem charging me extra for the sauce. Finally she got the correct sauce and handed it to me with an attitude. You can clearly see they are not the same thing.
It would be one thing if I wasn’t charged for the sauces. If you don’t like your job I suggest leaving. It’s not that hard to just be a nice person!!!

I eat Taco Bell all the time but was very disappointed with my order tonight. I ordered nachos bell grande with guacamole I got less than a teaspoon of guacamole and hardly any of the other toppings. I also ordered 2 crunch wrap supreme. The only thing I got in every bite was a ton of lettuce. There was almost no meat or cheese on them. I'm sorry to say it was the worst taco bell meal I have ever received.

Rude and incompetent management. I asked for a bowl without cheese or meat, it came with white sauce, and asked if sauce has dairy. Manager rudely answered that they do not give dietary advice and I must decide on my own what I can eat. Unless you want to accept what you’re given and ask no questions, do not come here!
The manager there is rude and does not help her workers when they need it. She argued with customers about food not being in there bags as well. Unprofessional. The one down the road in hermitage has way nicer employees and they are way faster.
