Rude and incompetent management. I asked for a bowl without cheese or meat, it came with white sauce, and asked if sauce has dairy. Manager rudely answered that they do not give dietary advice and I must decide on my own what I can eat. Unless you want to accept what you’re given and ask no questions, do not come here!

The manager there is rude and does not help her workers when they need it. She argued with customers about food not being in there bags as well. Unprofessional. The one down the road in hermitage has way nicer employees and they are way faster.

Theres this nice employee called laya. She’s so kind and helpful it was my first time visiting the us and she recommended the BEST food! I think we need more employees like her in there!!
The place is very dirty and the staff absolutely doesn't care about doing a good job, eat at your own risk

I did order veg bowl and they sent to me chicken bowl when I called restaurant And the manager talk like I did mistake he not did anything my order number 927935
Ordered six items and substituted each one of them with black beans instead of meat since we’re vegetarians. Received every single item with meat. Had to go back to get it remade. Original order with meat was then tossed in the trash! What a pity.

It’s hit or miss. Most times I have no issues, but today I paid about 6 extra dollars to get extra chipotle sauce and extra nacho cheese sauce on my menu items, and the items were more dry than they normally are. Tortillas seemed too layered. Made it even more dry. Slushy wasn’t filled all the way either.Seems there was a lack of focus or communication.
