The manager here is awesome. My pizza (gluten free, no cheese- a little more complicated) was messed up when it first came out. The manager, I didn't get her name, was SO HELPFUL in fixing the issue and had my pizza remade. She offered us free fountain drinks while we waited for the new pizza to come out and thanked us with a gift card. We love The Goat!

I might have caught them on a bad day, but we were there for over an hour before we got our food. The order was wrong, too; I ordered a specialty burger, and the kitchen gave me a plain double cheeseburger to rush the meal. The waitresses and management were fine, we paid for the apps and drinks before we left. Just don't trust the kitchen.

Lovely space, food was so very disappointing. We went for brunch around 11. They don't have tea so I had to use my own. The waitress did bring me hot water. She recommended a few items off the menu so I ordered eggs Ranchero. The eggs were lovely but the tortillas they layed on were burnt and inedible. My husband's toast was stale as it gets and eggs were super salty. The men's bathroom was out of paper, one toilet didn't work and it was a mess. I wouldn't go back. All glam. Half effort at best on food.

I don’t know why a place called The Goat would get rid of every food item that had goat cheese. They got rid of the goat cheese and roasted pepper pizza. They also got rid of the goat burger. It was literally what I came there for. It was to get a goat burger and a goat cheese and roasted pepper pizza to go. I was told that it’s been removed from the menu. So I got chicken tenders and told that honey mustard it is not an option for dipping sauce, which seems like a standard sauce that most places would carry. Seems like they are intentionally trying to frustrate me menu wise.The only thing on the menu that I know I really love is the farmhouse tots. I’m sure they will remove those in due time.Service has always been great. And I like the atmosphere of the place, but if they’re going to get rid of everything that I like to eat, then I don’t foresee myself returning. I like things with goat cheese or pesto that a place called the goat has gotten rid of anything with goat cheese. (pesto too) I will just go to Jonathan‘s grill instead as they still have the items that I like to eat.I enjoyed the years of going to goat, let me know when you bring back the food you removed.

Also you could smell buffalo wings a mile away. The waitress then brought us out Moonshine wings that were undercooked. She told us the manager was coming out and they never did. Then she proceeds to tell us to open the wings up and show her where it was undercooked? Nevertheless, we left the wings and paid for them which was not the issue. I think they thought we were trying to get free food. Not the case because we left a big tip for the mean waitress to show her kindness despite her lack luster service. Worst service/ wings I've had in the city.
