Yes, I know The Waffle House is a diner, but the food at this Waffle House was not good. The food appeared to have too much butter or grease, which made the food not palable.

Food: the food usually is okay but at this location in particular it was very nasty the vegetables were soiled and brown and the cheese wasn't looking to hot.
Service: Service here was horrible the girl with the red hair and the glasses had a attitude when asked simple questions or given simple requests and didnt have any gloves on and failed to meet expectations via providing proper accomodations.
Atmosphere: the atmosphere was okay it was bugs flying around the food you had to keep swating away and tables where stickly aswell as the facilities maintanance and store front cleanliness fell below expectations. The only cool thing was the historic pictures on the out side and inside.
Parking: So you would have to pull up the slight hill next to the waffle house facility off of N Mount Juliet Road and Adams Lane Across from the Providence Landing Mall near Kroger.
Kid-friendliness: All in all its a okay place to get something quick with kids but id recommend only eating breakfast as the brunch and dinnrr are horrible.
Wheelchair accessibility: It has extensuve facilities and accomodations for wheelchair like a ramp to the store front enterance
