I paid $9 for this!!! My wonton soup tasted like dishwater and my husband’s soup had 2 scraps of imitation crab instead of scallops. Was so unappetizing we threw it out and ordered from another place. Pathetic, tasteless stringy overpriced garbage.

Very few protein options, very simple food.

I had reservations about this restaurant because of low reviews. Those people must have gone to a different place. It was my birthday lunch, and I enjoyed everything so much. My family was treated so well. We had a wonderful time.

Kid-friendliness: My 2 year old granddaughter was with us. Everyone treated her very kindly. They made sure she had her own plate, drink, plasticware, and party hat! You make my girl happy, you make me happy! ☺️

We celebrated my birthday at this place and we thought it was excellent... the service, good food and excellent treatment. Apart from the detail of singing happy birthday with us, the ice cream, the hat, everything was great.

Nobu recently changed ownership is what I was told. Generally wasn't as good as when it was first renamed Nobu. One of my favorite things - the hot chili paste - has been replaced with something that resembles runny, slightly spicy ketchup. Hibachi shrimp was overcooked.

Food was excellent and we had great service. Fried rice was made with garlic, butter, and soy sauce. Vegetables included zucchini, onion, carrots, mushrooms, and broccoli. The soup and salad were good, though I found the ginger dressing on the salad a little sweet. The steak, chicken, and shrimp were prepared perfectly. Overall, it was a great experience.

I have never left a bad review in my entire life, but I have never had a restaurant experience like this in my life either. I am going to start with: the food was delicious, if my experience had been togo or Doordashed I would have nothing negative to say.

That being said the service we experienced tonight was so abhorrent I truly cannot wrap my mind around it.

Tonight (9/6/24) we came to Nobu at 5:30pm to celebrate our 3 year anniversary, we were immediately sat in the back of the restaurant at a table with dirty glasses (which is no problem, if that was the only issue, as they were promptly cleared).

We did not have a waitress come to us to even take our DRINK order until almost 6:10, almost 40 full minutes without seeing a waitress. Servers and bussers were in and out of the back room the whole time. Workers were standing around talking or watching the basketball game that was playing on the TV the whole time.

After 40 minutes the hostess who sat us noticed we were still sitting with the menus, said “oh you don’t have drinks yet?”, and left to find a waiter.
The waiter finally came and we went ahead and placed our drinks, apps, and entrees all at once since it had already taken so long.

The food came in a reasonable amount of time, however, my entree was incorrect even though the waitress verified what I had ordered (the entree I received was delicious regardless and I paid the up-charged price. I did not bring the error to my waitresses attention because at this point I was over it, and I did not want to make her feel badly, that was my choice and is on me).

After we received our food we saw our waitress one more time in passing when she asked if we were good while hardly stopping. We didn’t get any drink refills at any point, my wife would have loved to order another drink but was unable because no one could give us the time of day.

I am truly so heartbroken that this was our experience, we are only in town for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary, I researched and specifically picked Nobu to celebrate.

I also want to mention, I believe my experience was unusual because I watched all the customers at tables around me receive truly excellent customer service.

I have my suspicions on why we were treated differently, and I pray that this is not the experience that other couples like us will ever experience again.

Our waiter was super friendly. He had just started and had a great personality. The hibachi Chef was really talented. His food was delicious and the portions were big. The price was very reasonable for the trio. The The steak, shrimp, scallops were all cooked perfectly. The rice might’ve been the best I’ve ever had.

Parking: The restaurant is in a strip mall with lots of spots available.

Went here for an anniversary. It was pricey, but a nice place to eat. Wasn't the cleanest place though!

The Hibachi experience was exceptional, with the establishment accommodating sharing of dishes. The Sushi was of the highest quality. The cleanliness of the restroom facilities was commendable. Typically, I frequent this establishment with friends, indulging in the Sushi offerings. However, on this occasion, my nephews were visiting, prompting us to opt for the Hibachi option. Surprisingly, my nine-year-old nephew expressed a desire to try lobster, which was met with astonishment. Remarkably, he devoured it with great enthusiasm. Out of all 5 of my family we tried steak, chicken, lobster, and shrimp. Everything was wonderful. The Hibachi showmanship was highly entertaining. Furthermore, the establishment appears to be an ideal venue for birthday celebrations, as witnessed during an adjacent table's celebration. The establishment provided neon signs, a celebratory hat for the birthday individual, and they sang Happy Birthday.
