We always get excellent service and good food at this Providence location, always through the drive through but I do know they often have local special kid events going on inside.
Drive thru at 730pm on Feb.2nd. Got a single a double two fries and one drink. Fries were ok. Both burgers were super dry and old. I could only eat one bite of my double. My partner choked down half of here single. Wendy's....you STOLE $22 from me tonight. This will not be forgotten.

A very bad experience at this place, resulted in stomach ache!! Served stale & cold nuggets and the patty in sandwich is soggy, cheese not even melted. Will never ever visit this Wendy’s store again!

STOPPED IN FOR A SNACK BEFORE HEADING HOME FOR DINNNER. WEVWENT IN AND ARE, FOOD WAS FIXED JUST AS WE ASKED, PERSONAL WERE FRIENDLY. GREAT SERVICE.
Dietary restrictions: DIABETIC, HAVE " SUGAR FREE" DRINKS
Kid-friendliness: PLENTY OF HIGH CHAIRS AVAILABLE.
I asked for the 4 for 4 meal and the cashier said they didn't have it anymore. I thought it was odd so I got the $5 meal deal and asked for a frosty as the drink. After I got my receipt I saw she put the frosty on the side instead of with the meal which cost me an extra $3 for zero reason.
The meal was still available on kiosk so I asked her about it afterwards, she said manager didn't let employees ring up 444 meal. Fair enough but still zero reason to charge me an extra $3-4, so bad part on both managers and service. Other than that food and order was good...just make sure to do mobile orders so there isn't any chance of error or getting ripped off.
