The women working the window apologized for the wait, explained there were only 3 employees working. Food still did not take very long. Everything was correct and cooked perfectly. To the women working the window, you were awesome and I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name to thank you here. Thank you for what you do. Me and my wife appreciated your kind, patient service, even though you were stressed you stayed professional and deserved to be recognized for your hard work and positive attitude. You’re awesome and we wish you nothing but joy and happiness in life.

Drive thru kid asked me if id rather be a fish with legs or a pineapple with eyes.. had to really think about it but I decided to be a fish.
Fries were great. Asked for no onion on the burger and they failed me. Just had to keep it real. But over all seemed like a fun Wendys.

The front counter guy,Noah, was amazing super helpful and kind. Even when we had to send a burger back to be plain. He was great. However the buns were rock hard. It seemed like they got left out in the open air and hardened. Other than that it was good

My name is Aliscianna, I recently quit at this Wendy’s in providence mount Juliet.
I do not recommend getting service from them. Might as well go to another location. I especially don’t recommend working there. My sister had worked there about 8 years ago with the same management as me and they are still horrible to this day. You would think they would realize and get there shi together after 8 years but no. My sister told me every day before work I’m not gonna be there any longer I thought I was strong enough to deal with the attitudes the hate the negative from the managers but I got fed up with it to the point I couldn’t breathe during my last shift there.
First. They are not clean I was the only reason those chairs and tables would be cleaned I was told by coworkers that I do more and clean efficiently unlike the others. The ketchup faucet is so dirty and never gets cleaned. The men’s bathroom stunk of pee I definitely recommend them getting air fresheners in those bathrooms and cleaning them better. Even customers would tell me I was better at cleaning the lobby than most they’ve seen. I would get compliments back to back. I would stay cleaning the lobby as much as I could n still got Treated so horribly. A coworker told my general manager (Tammy) how good I was doing at lobby and she didn’t even care instead she decided to say “yeah that’s what she’s supposed to be doing”
Second: the managers can put a face on and be sweet at times to the customers but I’ve seen them snap on some and be so hateful for something that wasn’t the customers fault.
Third. The little frosty fusion machine never gets cleaned I was always cleaning it after myself and others. It’s supposed to get cleaner after every use.
Fourth. The managers are so unprofessional I was put on frys without knowing what I was doing I had to ask a coworker for help. I’ve never been put on window before either and they through me over there without a headset next thing I know Tammy the general manager comes over to me and yells at me for not having a head set on. Gives me the headset and acted as if I knew how to use it.
Fifth any time someone asked me to take there shift n I’d text Tammy she wouldn’t respond to me instead told the person im supposed to shift that im not allowed to. But never told me myself I couldn’t or responded to why I couldn’t.
Fifth. The first 2 weeks I was working there
My first day there doing training the website was acting up and wouldn’t let me continue to the training I would ask for help and she told me to keep trying I was trying for 3 hours asking for her help and she refused instead she had a coworker try to help me and he didn’t even try to help me with it instead he talked to me for an hour to get out of work. She finally believed me that it wasn’t my fault it wasn’t working and the site she sent me home but I doing training on my phone it was at %2 when I left I had to walk to Kroger to charge it in the pouring rain crying because I felt so stupid on my first day.
When I got my first pay check they had messed it up and didn’t pay me the full amount I was supposed to they took 2 of my hours out of my paycheck. I told them and had them fix it I thought I was crazy at first but I knew something was off.
Sixth James one of the managers there was always talking behind customers backs and being so rude making these faces and talking under his breathe my last week there my ride home came to see me before I got off and ordered a frosty after I made it and gave it to her he called her fat for ordering a large I proceeded to tell him she was my best friend and he just laughed and walked away.

Baldy in the back handing out the food gets mad when you add a medium sprite to your order then stares at you as if you know your total after adding it, I would get mad to if I was 65 and didn’t know how to count cash. I assume he’s a manager too but he was just shaking his head and talking under his breath the entire time. Lousy service Wendy’s management needs to do better.

After ordering at Drive thru. They handed our order to us Order was short. They seemed upset n as if we were wrong n took both bags to recheck also asked for 4 Creamers n 4 packs of Sugar. Not to put in coffee We asked for the plain black coffee also a Large cold brew gave us smallest They had n trying to tell us creamers and sugar packs were in bag got home They were not .they were put in Husband's small cup of coffee who Never drinks his coffee that sweet that had to be poured out .Overall when visiting the area of Mt Juliet again We Will never give this Wendy's our Buisness again

Ordered bacon and cheese potato...one for me and one for my wife...told them no liquid cheese...extra bacon extra shredded cheese and extra butter. Liquid cheese on both of them... I don't think there was extra bacon bits... definitely not extra butter...I hope my trashcan enjoyed all that nasty liquid cheese. Chicken nuggets here are a joke...not hot, not fresh and they continue to skip giving the sauces we request.
