I've never had a bad experience in a while at a restaurant, but tonight I went through the drive through, when I got home my baked potatoes looked like it had been creamated, my frosty was not Even frozen like normal, there were no spoons in the bags, no straws for the drinks, and left out the sauce for the nuggets,I'm not sure what happened but the drive through needs to get it together..... ?

We live 5 minutes away and when we got home my spicy chicken sandwich was soCOLD. Not barely warm. Cold to touch. The meat was floppy and I think the patty was frozen? Like pulled from a fridge or freezer and they forgot to cook it?! Ew.

I have been to Wendy’s all over middle Tennessee and they all have one thing in common lukewarm dried up hamburgers. The fries are served the same way lukewarm over fried resembling hash browns more than french fries. I love Wendy’s but since Dave Thomas died the franchise has not been the same year in year out. I think they have the best quality hamburger meat of the big three still to this day but old and tepid is not the way to serve food. I keep trying and I keep hoping for the hamburgers they sold in their glory days but to no avail! I miss the old days! I guess it’s off to the restaurants that cook their hamburgers to order when the customer arrives or just come in at 11am to get a descent hamburger.

I love this Wendy's so much. They really went above and above for me on Saturday, and I am really grateful. After the storms on Saturday, I ordered online and picked up my son's and my wife's food at approximately eight. Thus, they informed me that Wendy's closed early when I arrived there at 8:15. When I told the man behind the window that I had made an order at 800 around fifteen minutes ago, he suggested that I try canceling it, but I told him I didn't know how. I wanted my money back, or I wanted my food.

Stopped here to get something to eat while traveling through. Great spicey chicken sandwich. Very nice servers at the counter. Would stop again if traveling through. We did take out so we can get back on the road.

I waited 1hour to be exact in the line and when I told the lady about the long wait she refused to take my order. She yelled at me and asked me to leave. I refused to leave so she took my order and messed in up. The food is also bad. Wouldn’t recommend there not even for my dogs to eat there. Worse service ever!!

This Wendy's is the bomb. They went over and beyond for me Saturday and I appreciate them so much. I placed a order online Saturday after the storms around 8 I picked up my wife's food and my son food. So when I got to the Wendy's around 815 they said they closed early. I told the guy at the window I placed a order at 800 around 15 minutes ago he told me to try and cancel it I told him I didn't know how to. I either wanted my food or my money back. My sugar was low which I didn't tell him that or the manager he grabbed the manager for me she told me she hadn't cut off both of the grills yet. So she Apologized and I did too. The fixed my food fresh and got me taken care of. The customer service is top notch we need more establishments like this who make sure the customer is taken care of without going overboard. Thanks Providence Wendy's staff
