Food took a long time to come out for a breakfast bowl, hasbrowns, and a chicken biscuit. The food was hot when it came out but outrageous wait time especially since there were 4 small hash browns. Food gross

This location is closing in a few days, and for good reason. It is horribly mismanaged. They constantly get orders wrong or leave out items entirely. They put the tiniest amount of mayo on the burgers, even if you ask for extra, but they’ll douse it in ketchup even if you didn’t ask for ketchup. It was consistently inconsistent for the year it was open, and now it is being put out of its misery — rightfully so.

I ordered an order online for take out when I came in I told the lady at the front and she said they’ll bring it out when it’s ready. Didn’t even ask my name on the order so I sat and waited 30 mins bc I figured they were still preparing it since it said still preparing on the app and I was following her instructions to wait for them to bring it out to the counter. I finally went up to tell them and it was ready this whole time in the back. Idk why she gave me the wrong instructions and then brushed me off and wasn’t even worried about getting me my order.

The 1/4 lb. burger patty was tasty, though I wish it was thicker. A staff is kind, helpful, and attentive. The price of the patty was reasonable. The atmosphere is basic, nothing fancy. We have returned there multiple times.

We ordered fries, jalapeño burger, original burger and vanilla milkshake. Everything was good except the original burger patty was very salty. My granddaughter couldn't eat her burger and we thought she was being finicky until I tasted her burger. Not sure what happened as all our previous orders have been great.

Every single time I go I ask for two ranch with my salad and every time they charge for two and only give me one. Every time.
Was told they do not take 100s, and 50s.... so i drove all this way at 1:30am to be told yall don't take legal tender? I won't be back.. to any of your locations... I love whataburger but that was just plain stupid. You don't take money?? Ok

I used uber eats and Ordered a burger with no pickles, tomato, or mustard with a Dr Pepper milkshake….even says it on the receipt….they send me a banana milkshake like any human ever wanted that. I open the burger up, and the thing is splooged on by the mustard monster. Tomatoes just everywhere. Pickles bathing in the mustard. Ridiculous. How about pay attention to the order notes. Thanks for the reminder that you don’t pay attention and to not eat your disgusting, sloppily prepared food. Threw it straight in the trash after opening or I’d send a pic of the food too..

Why can’t Whataburger get their act together? On rare occasions they are staffed properly and get your order to you hot and in a timely manner. I quit Whataburger (many years ago) while living in TX for most of my life. I decided to give this new Mt. Juliet location a try and regret that decision.
