Since I moved to Tennessee from Texas one of the things I have missed most is getting traditional Mexican street food. Dari gem has the American classics as well as amazing Mexican street food. I used to get the elote for myself and now I have to get the large because my kids steal it. The staff is amazing and always friendly, the dining area is clean, and as a single parent I am able to really get the most for my money. I cannot say enough kind things about them. Happy anniversary, and I look forward to supporting for years to come!

Started off with my husband picking up my to go order I place via phone call, he was getting ready to pull out the parking lot and called me because order seems small. We had paid for and got somebody else’s order. We had family in from out of town and we had gotten chicken from there a year ago and it was wonderful, however we received the wrong order. He pulled back around to get our order they then took the food back, which is kind of gross because someone got an order that they don’t know what has happened to it then we got our order. When he got home we opened the bag to extremely over cooked chicken, probably old not really any meat in the chicken because it was probably re-cooked and just burnt to a crisp. The bread was stale. Potato logs old and dried out as well. Overall extremely unhappy don’t waste your money.

Small town summer eatery vibe. Good food and a menu that's all over the place. If the family cannot agree as to what they want this place has 3 distinct types... Mexican, American classic, and fried chicken.. You've got options. One note : they have Pepsi, coke, and sundrop options... But no Mt Dew.. =/

Walked in to get a menu place was full of employees. No one acknowledged us. Called when I got back to the car to see if they had an online menu, saw people walking around and no one answered the phone. I'm not a business owner but I'm not sure that's how you stay in business. We've eaten here for years until they shut it down and turned it into something that doesn't care about it's patrons. We were willing to try it but not now. We'll continue to take our business to Pepes.
I've ordered 3 times. Each time the order is wrong. Last time I ordered crinkle fries. Received regular fries. I was told the regular fries WERE crinkle fries. I guess I better not believe my lying eyes.

I got the Janie Burger, and it had 2 thin burgers on it, and they did not taste like regular hamburger. In fact, I kept burping the after taste of the burger the day afterward. Regular hamburger patties do not do that to me. The bun was nice and fresh. This being a reopening business, I will try something else next time. I wish they would go back to fresh regular hamburger.

Use to have very good food at a great price. The prices on the menu are no longer correct unless it depends who is waiting on you. Got 4 meals that should have been at $7.60 per meal, which would have been a little over $30. plus tax. Instead I was charged $86. The fries was over cooked and cold, the meat was so tough I couldn't even pull it apart and the slaw was the only thing that was good but it was only a spoonful. I normally don't write a review but in this case it was like being robed without a gun. Will I ever go back? Absolutely no! It would not let me post unless I gave it a star.
