every time i come here something is wrong with my order or it takes forever, even there is two cars in the line you have to pull over to the reserved waiting spot just go get two burgers and 2 drinks…. very very slow….

I put a high value on customer service. Today at this McDonald’s I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Tina. She greeted us with a smile, took our order with a smile and came to our table and prayed for my husband. His sight and hearing is bad. I asked what time did she work so we could be sure to stop in when she is there. I hope the management appreciates this precious asset to their company.

You need to have your employees check the orders they hand out because they left off my sweet tea and on of my sausage biscuits. Maybe make sure these teenagers are tailoring to the customer inside of worried about the next big high school gossip

I don't like the fact that when ordering they automatically up charger you for large size combos. Then when you wait for the order to fully show on the screen after being asked if it is correct, since they like to rush you past that screen, they get irritated when you have them change it to a regular medium size combo.

This place is BAD! Ordered table service through the mobile app. Waited more than 20 minutes for our food, and eventually found it bagged and cold at the counter, without being called out. The place ain’t busy at all, and the app says they’ll bring the order to your table. Well they don’t.
Drive through at this place is okay minus. Don’t dine in though.
