While I'm not a fan of the kiosks, and that's every store's kiosks, the staff here was friendly and service was fast. Smaller store, was quiet when I was there so I could sit and relax and not feel rushed to eat and run.

Easy McDonald’s. Ordered thru the app for pick up in the drive thru.
Store was busy but they got us in and out in quick time. Order had customization and was correct.
Our order was fresh and hot. Tasty and quick stop to get us back down the highway.

I visited this location on my lunch break ordered a small meal and things were missing.I was told because I couldn’t come back immediately that there was very little they could do and then hung up the phone. (who can leave work a second time to correct someone else’s job?) If I came to your establishment and ate food and didn’t pay for it, you would call it stealing what is it called when you pay for something and then you do not receive goods paid for?

this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s the worst management I’ve ever seen, it takes 15 minutes to get anything from this place. Every employee is rude. And good luck getting anything in cash because no one is at the front counter. They will see you, stare at you, and ignore you. not to mention that the bathrooms are disgusting, Dirty floors, and not to mention my food was raw. yes RAW. i will never be eating hear again and i highly advise everyone else to not go near this place.

I live in Mt. Pleasant and go here every so often. I feel like kids are mainly the ones working. I see a lot of negative comments. Maybe a few older employees can come in a train the younger ones a better work ethic. Not knocking anyone. But feel a better service provided can be with kids older then 17. JMO

This was a pretty good McDonald's in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee. I went on a busy afternoon. There were plenty of staff making the process of ordering quick and helpful. The place is pretty small, and it was fairly clean when I went. Prices are surprisingly high here.

I'm doing three stars because I go five to six days out of the week and More than half of those times my fries are always dumped out in my bag or Happy meal....can we please learn how to place the items in the bag without dumping the fries out!
