This is like the 3rd time visiting this location. I thought maybe it was a mistake the first and second time. After today, I know it is not. The owner needs to take the time to read his reviews on google. Subway provides a tray for measuring meat for your sandwiches. When you order a foot long the tray is to be filled with meat. He literally only filled it to the 6 inch line for a foot long. I did not say anything to the owner because you can just tell by his vibe, it will be a problem. So, I guess it is his loss. I won’t plan on returning.

1 Star – Never Again If I could give zero stars, I would. This Subway is the definition of “you had one job.” The customer service is painfully bad—like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging your existence. The sandwiches? Sloppily thrown together with the enthusiasm of a wet sock. Bread was stale, veggies looked like they’d been on vacation under a heat lamp, and don’t even ask about the meat.
As for the owners… yikes. Rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in improving anything. The vibe here isn’t just unwelcoming—it’s like they actively want you to regret walking in. Save yourself the disappointment and hit literally any other sandwich shop.

Employee is rude and disrespectful of customers. There is an odd smell in the building and the guy is probably cutting meat with his toenails in the back. The lawrenceburg subway is 1 million times better.

First time at this location and it will probably be the last. I ordered a classic ham and cheese sub, but was charged for a Homerun ham which is supposed to have extra meat and cheese. I didn't realize this until later this afternoon when I was throwing my receipt away. When I opened the sandwich I found it had 2 full slices of ham and one partial slice, so even less than what was supposed to be on the classic ham. The bread was pale and thin. It looked like it hadn't risen long enough and had barely been cooked. It was very tough to eat because it was so chewy. I wish I had looked at it before we had driven down the road because I would have taken it back. I doubt the man working would have cared, but it was a sorry excuse for a sandwich and a waste of money. I would not recommend this location at all.

This is the most greedy subway i have ever been to they they barely put any meat on the sandwiches and the toppings for example I ask for a lot of banana peppers they put like 5 I say it again they put 2 more and again like another 2 they won't put hardly any toppings on what so ever
