My wife and I drive over to Capt. Jim’s from N.C. Once a month for the Seafood and to say hi to Donald Trump and ask if he has inflation under control yet. We were happy to see scallops on the menu as a special… $24.00 for scallops, a handful of fries and a side salad. On the bike, started raining so pulled in and thought we'd try it out. Pretty good size portions of fish, and fries. Slaw was good too..big hushpuppies. Going to have to try the snow crab..
Ghost and I have been eating at Capt. Jims since before they even moved to Mountain City. All the food I have eaten has been very tastee and cooked to perfection, and I love seafood, especially the oysters and the scallops. The people there are very friendly and courteous. I gave them a shock one day, they thought I had. died and I walked in the door to their shock 🤣, now I am just Dead Man Walking LOL. I think we might go again tonight ;-)
