I ordered the 2 steak biscuits and a large hash brown in the DT. When they gave me my bag I ate a hash brown, they were stone cold so I asked the cashier if I could have new hash browns. She told me to pull up and then bring out new hash browns. I pulled up and about 2 minutes later they brought out the new hash browns, that were just as cold as the original ones! I don’t have time for this today as I am heading out of town, so now I’m stuck with with 2 orders of cold cold hash browns and out $3! Also I didn’t get a receipt. Just very disappointing- they usually do a much better job here.

Last night I went by there just to get a mushroom and Swiss burger, I had to wait at your sign for almost 5 minutes and then finally a girl came on and took my order, I drove up to the window and I did not see a single person for a full 5 minutes, finally a girl showed up and apologized, and then another 5 minutes went by, and then another 5 minutes and finally she gave me my food and apologized and I drove off, on the way home to Laurel bloomery, I open the bag and there was a crusty dried out piece of chicken on a small bun, it was red in color and it was disgusting, I was almost home and really really upset, not to be undone, Saturday morning about oh I don't know 1:30 in the afternoon, I went by there to get a big hot ham and cheese, something I always look forward to, and I pulled up to the sign and ordered and then sat there a full 25 minutes by some girl at the window kept apologizing and they kept handing a phone back and forth like it was some sort of a coupon issue, and after a full 30 minutes I backed up got out of line and went inside, I asked them for my hot ham and cheese and this wonderful young girl handed me it, and I opened it and it was a little tiny hot ham and cheese and not what I ordered at all and a little old lady standing there said all we can fix this sir and I said no that's okay I'm done with this place, I cannot believe how two times in a row, Hardee's has been a nightmare, I go there to get food not to sit in line for 30 minutes, not to get the wrong things, not to open my bag the moment I get it and make sure everything's in there and it's the right stuff, I just don't understand? I just wasted $12 of my hard earn money on something that shouldn't have happened in the first place because that's what they're supposed to be good at, fast food and good food and the right food. I won't go back, I won't go back

Stopped here for a quick breakfast. We both got the biscuits and gravy. Really good for a fast food place. Was pleasantly surprised that they didn't charge my wife for her coffee. A simple little thing like that elevated the whole experience. The cashier was wonderful, you could tell by the way she was treating the regulars, and the way they treated her also. Next time we're in Mountain City, we'll stop back in for a quick breakfast again.

The current manager is insanely rude and doesn't understand that mobile order receipts count as proof of purchase from that store WHETHER OR NOT they can find the receipt on their end.

What an amazingly friendly and welcoming staff. Hardee’s food is always great, but the staff here is five stars. They made us feel welcome even if we were just passing through.
My husband and I came through the drive thru a little bit ago. The young man was really nice. On the receipt it said his name was Lucas. But the woman that was helping him was rude. We really wanna say thank you to the young man for being so nice.

I've been going there for breakfast for years the last few weeks the hashbrown round was horrible!!! Biscuits falling apart. Yall need to review the workers! Or even the manager!
