Stopped in for a 8 pc meal, paid and then told it would be 18-20 min. Had a seat, was offered a free drink. That was at 8:32. Waited until 9:05 and asked about status of our order, told it would be another 10 min. Decided to get a refund and left. Not sure if they forgot the order or what happened but I’m in no hurry to go back there now. Sorry Mountain City KFC- you got a Failure tonight.

Got the potato poppers, only to find out they were cold and one was completely empty. The livers were cold and so were the fries.

I like honey BBQ chicken and original chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac n cheese And their chocolate and lemon cakes are good too Nice and polite All smiles 😊

Lori was as sweet as the tea she serves. Made a hard week after the hurricane a lot more manageable with her friendly smile and world class attitude. Even after I found out she was having a rough week too, she had the biggest smile and was very kind.

The manager on 6/5 @ approximately 12 noon made my visit very unpleasant. Went to pick up an online order, and it is supposed to be in the warmer up front so that customers can pick up their online orders and leave without any interaction with staff. She had it sitting behind the counter, getting cold and started saying things about policy this and policy that. She is a 13hr employee having a power trip. LOL. It's policy to have it in the warmer so that customers can pick it up without any hassle. She needs to be educated and sent back to 12hr LMAO. Pathetic. Will not be coming back. Overpriced anyways.
