We had such a wonderful experience at Know Better Coffee in Virginia! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our visit even better. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his coffee, and I absolutely loved my Wedgewood Lace it's a creamy Pea Butterfly Tea – it was truly amazing! A charming touch was seeing the nice messages on the lids, which brought a smile to our face. Know Better Coffee is a fantastic spot for a delicious drink and a dose of positive vibes. Check their operating hours before you head there. Highly recommend!

We are new to Mountain City and went in search of a good place for coffee. We stumbled upon Know Better and boy are we glad. The coffee is excellent, the atmosphere and people are welcoming and friendly and their bagels are the best I’ve ever had. So fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!

Awesome people, awesome coffee. Attention to detail in everything they do, looking for ways to constantly improve their processes and products. I thought cold brew coffee was overrated until I tried theirs… delightfully smooth and rich with zero bitterness. Like decaf? They have that, too.. but did you know their decaf is only processed with Swiss water or mountain water instead of harmful chemicals? They even have Kcups now, each hand-packed with love. They consistently and sacrificially bless their community and show them Jesus’ love as they demonstrate what it means to be His hands and feet. They also have amazing products by local artisans and are overwhelmingly Appalachian proud. To know them is to know what it means to be salt and light, and to know their coffee is to Know Better Coffee. 💜

This is a hidden GEM!! I LOVE this place so much!! I like GOOD and even EXCEPTIONAL coffee and this place has it! Know Better Coffee is a good play on words too bc you will “know” better coffee while suggesting there IS “no” better coffee! The KIVU Lake Peaberry is divine!! So deep and rich, couple w cream you are in heaven💜I also love their selection of very fine teas!! The ginger turmeric helps me w inflammation, and hydration, so does the Apple Pie Rooibos and Masala Chai! This place is amazing I love their selection people who own the place as you can tell they are good, down to earth people. I’ll be ordering in bulk from here. I’ve started my collection already!
