Went there last week to grab a fish filer,large smoothie and large sweet tea. I was charged over 18 dollars. And the filet was cold. They refused to give a receipt. At this price, I could have eaten at steak house and had a hot meal. I'll never go back again.

If you want to get pulled every time you come here. This is the place for you. You can come at lunch and just order a fry. You are getting pulled. Sometimes even for cold fries. The people are hit or miss. Sometimes they are just flat out rude and others they are okay. I've spent years the the food industry so I understand some of it. But the ownership really needs to get a handle on service. I for one will not be back.

I ordered the collectable big Mac meal with water and a glass of ice!! They gave me a regular meal and I told I didn't order the regular meal! They said they would get the manager and told me to pull ahead so I did with just the meal!! No one came out! I had to flag down one of the runners delivery people who was handing other people's meals I've been sitting here for about 15 minutes waiting for the manager to bring me the rest of the order WHILE my food is in the car getting cold. Finally management came out and said I needed to pay him an extra $3.00 if I want the rest of my meal!! I gave it to him, but I thought he would bring out fresh food since I was sitting there so long but nope!! It cost me $13.06 for nothing!! I gave them back the cold food and left! I'm so upset with management there! They should of sent fresh food for me sitting there at this point probably 20 minutes!! Ya'll owe me!! I will never stop there again. That is very unprofessional!!

Went through the drive through, not " go to next window sign" so sat there before pulling forward. Needs clearer instructions if their going to do this.
