First time visiting with my extended family we had a server lady that was incredibly rude. I mentioned it to the manager and he handled it quite well. So I figured I’ll go back again, well this time I felt invisible as I was seated then walked past for 15 minutes before someone approached me asking if I’d been helped. He took my drink order and I wait about another 10 minutes. At this point I was DONE I walked out and will never return.

I had a great experience at Poblano's. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and flavorful. I won't hesitate to go back next time I'm in the area.

I've been going to Poblanos for years through several owners. I often order the Chiles Relleno which is my all-time favorite Mexican dish. But the last time the Chiles were raw, had never been charred and the charred skin hadn't been removed. The Chiles were actually raw enough to crunch. Over all Poblanos is a good place for Mexican!

Finally decided to check this place out. We recently moved here from NYC. We were seated quickly, and our waiter came over to take drink orders. I had the Sorrel. Which was way too watered down. The menu is extensive so can be overwhelming. I had the Carne Asada. The steak is cut really thin, which is fine. But also, when it's cut so thin you do not need to have it on the grill/pot for that long. 2 mins tops. The pork chop was also very dry. The rice portions is extremely small. And the avocado on my plate half the slice I received was no good.
My rating is on the food mostly. Otherwise not bad.

I'll have to say this place is hit or miss. I've been 4 times at this point. Two times it was really good and 2 times it was not so good. They should really bring out some salsa along with the black bean dip and chips. The wait staff really needs some more training, but food has been good 3 out of 4 times. The drinks have always been excellent.

I'm giving it a 3 because I wanted to give it a 4 and my husband said 2. I ordered the #9 and it was so good.
I also ordered fried ice cream. It wasn't fried at all but it was decent
My husband said "I ordered the pork street tacos and they were dry, not much flavor, and 1 entire taco was just gristle and fat that was completely inedible. The fried ice cream was just plain vanilla rolled in corn flakes and tasted like a freezer. The chips and salsa were ok, but that's because the salsa was pretty bland but I like the thickness. The refried beans and Spanish rice with queso however was delicious. That's why it's 2 and not 1.5"
The staff was really nice though
Food was really good and came out quickly. Service, though very friendly, was lacking. There were only a few diners there, but we had to find someone to seat us. We were checked on once, which was fine. But again had to find someone to bring us the bill so we could leave. The food was worth a second visit though
