Big A$$ Biscuits & Burgers

Food is always really good, but prices have increased and portions decreased. My main issue is when you order a barbecue sandwich to go you would like to get barbecue sauce. Nope, not in the bag. So today I ordered another barbecue sandwich to go was told they would make sure I got barbecue sauce this time... Nope!! What is a barbecue sandwich without barbecue sauce???? 🙄🙄 Next time I want a barbecue sandwich...I will go to Smokey Mo's. But, food is usually really good.

Really down home feeling, Staff was genuinely nice, if a bit young, but we all learn somewhere. Food was really good, and the prices we also.

Horrible service with the blonde lady with curly hair. She was very rude/unfriendly. She took forever to acknowledge us, then took forever to get drinks. A couple came in about 10 minutes after us got their order and food before we got our order in. Super disappointed. Do better

The girl behind the counter was fairly indifferent. It was obviously our first visit there, and my sister struggles to walk with a walker. The cashier/waitress were of zero help with a thing, and were not at all hospitable. I suppose business must be good enough to not need any more.

Can’t get an order right. Made two trips in 1. First & last

We have been weekly customers since they opened. At first they had great food fixed well. for the last 2 months they cooking has been less desirable. They made spaghetti with a great thick meat sauce, now its in a pool of water in plate with some sauce. The fish was great, but now it comes over cooked almost black, with fish shrunk to jerky. At times one cook is great, but recently we go between 3 pm and 7 pm and cooking is rushed with no pride in work. The staff is friendly and do their job well. Generally most (not all) food is still OK, but if they don't get rid of some cooks, they will lose tons of business. I miss the spaghetti and fish.

Seen this place go from a BP, to a restaurant. Finally, I ate at this location until the other day. Very friendly and even gave me some bacon with my biscuits and gravy.

Great home cooking. Friendly staff. Breakfast all day which is amazing! We eat here at lot due to it being very convenient. 10/10 recommend!

Hands down the best food in Carters Valley (and probably further!) Great service. Me and the family were getting ready to get stuck in the snow a week or so ago and got there just as they were closing. They let us in and treated us as if we were the first customers there! Great food and plenty of it. Always steaming hot when it comes out. Not to mention the look on my kids faces when they see how big their kids meals are! Great job guys! See you soon! Highly recommend!
