Don't ever order and expect to pick up. Twice I've ordered n waited over 20 mins for my food while they admit even if paid for they won't start food till you get there. Food is ok but wait after payment n attitude they give you over it is absolutely unprofessional.

If I could give a -10 I would. Food was cold and soggy person on the phone was rude. We were excited to find a restaurant close to my families new home. Will never go back.

Doordashed my food and it was good however, after ordering two cheese dips and a salsa, we got a bag smaller than my hand with 10 single chips inside. was disappointed having to split my chips in half with my mom....

Great food, wonderful staff. Just moved to the area and this will become a staple.

This place might not look like much, but man oh man is their food good! Do yourself a favor and get the street tacos (Carne asada is the best in my opinion). My family likes the Pollo Mt. Carmel, but everything is great! The staff are also incredible and interact with the entire family while we are there! We love El Poblano!

This is a great little local restaurant. The people are great, the food is good, the service is good, and they always keep the tables well sanitized. It’s a pleasant space and family friendly. If you order a chile relleno, you get an actual stuffed poblano pepper. Try their Taquitos Mexicanos or grab a cold beer with nachos or wings! There is also a pet friendly outdoor space during warmer weather.

Lunch fajitas are excellent and reasonably priced. This is our new goto place for Mexican cuisine when in the Kingsport area.

Our company goes here a couple times a week and this is by FAR the best Mexican food in the Tri-Cities. The staff is great and inviting. If you are looking for some good Mexican food this is the place to go.

My family hasn’t had an appetite for days because we have Flu A. I had a craving for Mexican food so I called the order in and my friend went and picked it up. She dropped it off at my door and left so I opened the door and grabbed it. I brought the food back in my house and distributed the food. I open the side of cheese sauce and pour it over my chimichanga meal. I take two bites and realized something is too spicy. I’m still recovering from the Flu so I lay down after those two bites. I get a little rest and get up and try the chips with cheese dip. That’s when I realized it was the cheese sauce that was too spicy. I didn’t have the energy to call before they closed so I called today which is the next day. Here is where it gets crazy. I called the restaurant and told the owner about the issue. She told me to bring the food back for a refund. That’s the crazy part; I told her several times that I had the Flu and she didn’t care because she just wants the food back. That is the most unsanitary thing ever! She wanted my friend to be exposed to the Flu while getting the food that I ate off with the Flu just so she can refund the order. Not only putting herself at risk but the employees and customers. I am told by others that have experienced issues with food orders at this restaurant that asking for food back is something that they do too often. That is the most insane thing I’ve ever heard of! After this experience my family will no longer eat at this restaurant.
