Yesterday I went by to get a candied bacon chicken Frisco melt and they gave me the burger Frisco melt instead, so I went by today for them to remake it and they left the cheese off of it. I don't even care to find out if the 3rd time is the charm.

By far the worst burger I've ever put in my mouth. They can't even size up a drink or fry. That place is ran worse than any other restaurant and I genuinely hope it gets shut down tomorrow. I've never had an order be more messed up than when I go here.

Hardee's is one of our favorite places to go for breakfast and at this particular location it's not always the greatest food but more so the workers and the atmosphere. We love taking our 1 year old daughter here the staff are so amazing with her and the little gathering of older gentlemen makes our visit worth it every time. she just talks their heads off and they get a kick out of it it occupies her long enough for us to finish our food and it makes their day as much as it makes hers. She gets so excited when we pull in and she sees that big yellow star haha

The way restaurant prices—fast food included—are rising while the quality is declining is disappointing. I went to this Hardee's around 6:30 this morning. I used to come here a lot, but the cost has forced me to go once every few months or so. This morning, I decided I was in the mood for some biscuits and gravy. My partner went for a sausage biscuit, which I now wish I had too.
I know how biscuits and gravy should taste and look because I've had it from Hardee's a lot, however, what I received was not anythig like it. The biscuit was more of a thick cookie, measuring approximately an inch high. The lukewarm gravy had the consistency of watered-down cream soup rather than gravy. I ate two bites and threw it away! I am done wasting money at Hardees.

Ordered the chicken tenders. They are hand breaded indeed but they need to change their breading tub and clean it out. There was old dried bits of dirty breading coated on the chicken and not just a little, a lot. $29 for a ten piece, 2 drinks and 2 small fries. Very disappointing.

Ordered 2 Frisco burgers and told I would have to wait for meat to be cooked which was fine. I paid, the manager came to tell me that my bread was going to be plain without butter or being grilled. I was not happy about it and she said there was nothing she could do because they already broke down the equipment. I asked if she would give me a fry to make up for it but she said no and was very rude about it. I thought I was being reasonable considering. This is a terrible way to do business. Manager could care less about customer satisfaction or service.

This was my experience at Hardee's today 5-1-2024. In mount carmel tn. Gravy was water. Bacon was burnt. The staff working in drive thru seemed like they hated their job and acted like waiting on us wasn't their job. Food is way over priced for the quality. Amount and poor service you get. Never again
