We had an online order a little over a week ago and we were short a few pieces of chicken tenders, so I called the Mount Carmel, TN store and I asked for the manager. The manager, Preston Williams came on the phone and I explained that we were short a few pieces of the chicken and he was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and said that he would like to make it right and said that he would like to give me free of charge more chicken and I said thank you that would be great. We went back last night and he was there and I told him who I was and he was very nice and said he would make us our chicken. Well we were eating our food that we had ordered and he brings us our fresh made chicken and again apologized and asked if everything was okay, it was great. The people at this Hardee's are really sweet people from the counter person to the manager. The place was very clean also. We will definitely be back in to eat and say hello. Thanks Hardee's.

I had excellent service from Michelle Beqette & Hannah Davis they were very knowledgeable very kind and the service was fast. P.s The Biscuits was phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!! No more gone to the Stone drive Hardee's. we will certainly be coming to the one in Mount Carmel because of the biscuits being as good as they were and because of the customer service but the biscuits was truly phenomenal the person making them knows exactly what they're doing. So I will tell my friends and family how good the biscuits and the service was so expect more business from me and my friends and family God bless
