We go here weekly after our trip to the laundromat. It is always clean the staff are always very friendly and the food is good

This is my local subway and the ladies here are always kind and courteous. They do a great job in making customers feel welcome. Oh and the food is good also ??

Ordered a Philly on Italian Herb bread. When I opened the sandwich it bread had definitely not been baked, as you can see in the photo. It is very flat and had a doughy texture. I took it back to Subway. The female worker stated that was how all their bread was. I pointed out it looked nothing like the baked bread in the case. She handed me the sub back and said there was nothing she could do about it. $8.00 wasted. c

Sandwich was really really good customer service was lackluster never use Subway pickup ask how to do it girl looked at me like I was stupid but that being said the sandwich was very very good

Pulling in, I thought they was closed at first. To my surprise they was open no one was in line my husband and I walked up to order got the fist sandwich bread started, started looking at the vegetables bar and there was a fly blowing on the lettuce. Turned my stomach told her we would pass and had changed our minds. The reason: #1 FLYS #2 I got to looking at the bar and nothing was covered and looked as though it had not been cleaned or the vegetables changed or covered! In my younger years I worked several years at subway! The standard that I held as an employee representing subway and the health and sanitation of other and their food was on a completely different level. Do Better Mount Carmel Subway

We have eaten subs from here a total of 3 times. Sandwiches were good, but service 2 out of the 3 times was not good. The second time I ordered thru the app and when I got there to pick up there was only one employee and she had a store full of customers. She hadn't had time to make the order. She apologized and I was ok with it. This last time, the app wouldn't submit the order so I just drove to the store to order. Upon arriving I noticed once again, only one employee. Both times I was in store at 4-5 pm. Line was to the door. The employee this time was very upset, fussing and complaining LOUDLY. She emptied out a bucket and turned around and tossed it behind her. She repeatedly stated "I'm just going to walk out, I'm tired of this". A gentleman that walked in behind me turned around and left. I followed shortly thereafter. I completely understand the employee's frustration, but at the same time she didn't set a good impression. I ended up going to another store and was able to get my sub. But I noticed this store too, only had one employee. Subway please do better!

I am not one to give bad reviews but this subway deserves it. On 04/18/2024 at about 12 est. My friend and I went in to get sandwiches. We went in and ordered three six inch pita sandwiches as we were told they no longer sold wraps which was fine. Three people were working had to constantly repeat what we requested they seemed as though they were confused totally out of it. They were preparing a foot long when I continued to tell them I requested a six inch so when we got to register they rang up twelve inch and two six inch I repeated AGAIN I requested a six inch so should have been three 6 inch. I told them to do a refund and I wanted a six inch I guess it was the manager and her two helpers that we actually owed more money because one was a twelve inch. They couldn't grasp the concept it was suppose to be three six inch. Had I not been raised better I would have thrown the order I their face. They staff were sloppy looking in appearance not what you want to see serving you. I normally get subs from the in Kingsport next to hospital they have a wonderful attentive staff but because of where I live would have go back into town. We were going to Laurel Run park I have never had a bad experience with a Subway. I WILL NEVER USE THE ONE IN Churchhill again wish There had been a competant there when I was there.

I love being able to deal with the same employees because over time after you to know each other they take more pride in customer service in more ways than one thanks to the evening employees for making a food trip worth while taking as always thanks for making our sandwiches correct and awesome yal thank you thank you thank you for everything
