I looovveee SS. S/O to Mary, Chasity, Shawnie and the girls. They are hard working women. My food at SS has always been fresh. I’ve never received bad food. I’ve never received bad customer service. Mary is my girl. She is ALWAYS working. I come in often diff times of the day and she is usually the one working. And remember that means she’s probably working more than others. One you can obviously see certain things if you just take a moment and analyze. A business being short on employees or moving slowing than usual is bc ppl are still humans and sometimes we miss the mark but 8 times out of 10. I get greeted at the door. They speak. My food is fresh and tasty. I’m here every single week! Literally. My Thanksgiving was catered from here. It was great. ☺️ Give my girls a try. Tip these girls and allow them to fix your mistake if one happens.

Gordan Ramsay needs to bring Kitchen Nightmares here ASAP. This place tried to rebrand, unsuccessfully. It smells like a barn mixed with a cat hoarder the second you walk in - pure dirty animal smell and literally had to breathe into my clothing for relief. Front of house staff is rude and has absolutely no sense of urgency. Kitchen staff blares music at full blast often filled with vulgarity (I'm not sensitive to this but I still know it's unprofessional) The dirty curtain separating the kitchen from view sometimes is pulled back enough to get a glimpse of the cluttered and dirty kitchen. I honestly feel guilty picking food up for customers while doing food delivery. Sub par food, mediocre on a good day. Plenty of other great places in the Boro to get way better food and service

Great experience here. The staff was nice and friendly. Great drinks. The wings were good a nice size, however I ordered some pot roast it was watered down. I could tell by the potatoes it the roast wasn't cooked that day. I ate some of it there then saved the rest for later. The next morning I ate the rest of the roast and it came right back up. I wouldn't recommend the roast unless you ask if it was made that day. But besides that if you want a laid back place to go to this would be the perfect spot. There are pool tables as well. I went to the bar but you can sit at the tables if you have kids.

Unfortunately, I came here to support and I was HIGHLY disappointed to say the least. I arrived at 8pm on a Friday night to only find that several items on the menu were out and not being recooked at all and the restaurant closes at 11pm?! It appears there was not enough staff present as the bartender was also serving food. I ordered my food and was told later that they were out of everything I ordered so I sat there and watched my wife eat her food. I asked for a drink on the rocks and was brought what looks to be a mini carafe or shot. My wife never received her drink although we sat in shock as all other patrons received their drinks etc. and then to top it all off the bill comes and we were charged for the drink she never received. I wanted to come here after hearing all the hype on the radio about how great this place is etc. The only part that made the night was the new girl who unfortunately had to be our server on her first night there because they were short-staffed. She was very polite and a breath of fresh air, apologizing for the bad experience we were having. I didn’t get her name but she knows who she is. Long story short, I nor my family will ever revisit this establishment and I will definitely be sharing my bad experience with all my friends.
