They had the best chicken wings I have ever eaten! The fried pickles were amazing too! When you first walk in you’re greeted by a friendly face. The lady who was our waitress was so kind and made sure we had a great experience! Just left and can’t wait to go back!

Started going here a few times a wk for the last few weeks to give them a try since Jeff's has been my Go-To spot for yrs. I've never not once had a bad experience at Jeff's, if I called to place a To-Go order close to closing they would ask how far away am I or when I showed up a few minutes til closing they would let me in. I called at 7:15 to place To-Go order & told the young lady that answered the phone I was literally 5 min away & was told they couldn't take orders close to closing, Closing is 8pm. After entering & placing my order they kept coming back to me no less than 4x about what they were out of... I could hear the workers upset the phone kept ringing with potential customers wanting to place orders & being told they couldn't due to closing. Also some people we turned away without being offered to place a To-Go order. I ran restaurants in 5 states as a District Manager & that behavior would've lead to me terminating staff. I operated my stores my 2 simple rules, 1) Take care of the customer 2) If you do not have it, you cannot sell it which results in less hrs for staff & less income for the store. Sales & Labor go hand in hand... Not sure if I'll be back...

The service has went downhill. It’s a lady name Mary she’s the reason I still go. All the other servers have attitudes or don’t know how to ring up correctly. If you get food to go they skimp on the portions of meat. The last 3 times I have been unhappy with the service and food. I try to support but I will no longer be coming. Smh!
