Delicious food. Needs way more attention than it gets.

This appears to be a hidden jewel with exceptional tasting food. My wife and I at at an off hour (2 pm) and were the only customers. Our food arrived within about 5 minutes of ordering and was hot and freshly prepared. Their website states they have the best hummus in middle Tennessee. I haven’t tried others’ hummus in that area, but Al Rayan’s hummus is smooth and creamy and supports their claim. We also had the meat pie, and the fried Nabulsi cheese is a must.

Had dinner catered for my bookclub. Absolutely delicious! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a mixture of salads, cold appetizers, stuffed grape leaves, chicken shawarma and baklava for dessert. Everything was placed on platters and presented nicely. Highly recommend!

the restaurant is awesome, food is always delicious. i love the little market too and always go there for spices as they are a much better value than at most other places. i never leave without getting a sweet treat. alrayan rules!!

I drove 40 miles to come here for the first time for a specific cologne a friend had purchased in the market. I decided to have lunch and try the buffet. The pita, hummus, baba ghanoush, and stuffed grape leaves were delish. Though I’m well versed in middle eastern cruise, the meat dishes tasted a bit off to me. Naveen was friendly.
However, when I went to the market and presented my receipt from lunch which offered 10% off my purchases, the cashier took and refused to give me my lunch receipt back. Saying “that’s not how we do it.” It clearly showed my transaction just as any POP sale would. He had to ask for assistance and the manager/owner didn’t want to return my lunch receipt either. I stated it was my record to have. He said he would get me another receipt. He finally returned having written on the same receipt that the 10% discount had been used. How hard was that?!?
What an unnecessarily rude hassle. Especially when I spent $75. I won’t return.

From market to restaurant it’s a beautiful atmosphere, awesome selection, and delicious meals. Heavy on the family atmosphere and being family friendly, and both sides of the business made great conversation with us. Special shout out to the owner’s son working the register and his little sister who played with and made fast friends with our toddler, they were the highlight of our kiddo’s experience :)

The hummus is perfect!

I had their chicken shawarma which was well seasoned and very aromatic. Fries were good too but the garlic sauce I could eat with anything, not too strong but just enough garlic to get the taste. Well worth a stop by!

We went today and I didn't know it was Eid. It was busy when we arrived at noon. They had a fabulous buffet in celebration of the end of Ramadan but we opted for the regular menu. We got pampered while we were there. They offered us Turkish coffee, hot tea and chocolates in addition to the fine meal we had. Everything was prepared to order. Their homemade pita and hummus was amazing as always. I highly recommend the lamb kabob, shish tawook, tabouleh salad and fried nabulsi cheese.

This was an unexpected surprise for me. I wasn't familiar with Mediterranean foods but my friends and I ordered several appetizers (mezza) & there was plenty to share with 4. The waitress was really friendly & helpful. The salads were enormous! & so good. Everything I tried was delicious. Glad we went.
