Andy's Frozen Custard

Yesterday October 12th I went to Andy's Custard they were extremely busy, yet they provided amazing service! The orders come out perfect! Andy's is my go to ice cream place. I was very pleased with the service provided.

Disappointed. Ordered a build your own concrete with cheesecake, but it only had a bunch of cashews added. Waste of money.

Husband's Boot daddy not even full. Said something to employee and she looked at me like i was an idiot. I didnt even order anything because every time I do its always wrong.

In every mouthful of the sundae I ate, there was ice creamy caramel pecan fudge deliciousness! All the ingredients were delightfully balanced. I WILL go back for more. Not too soon though, gotta manage the calories. ? The customer service experience was somewhat lackluster. Employees need daily positive, rewarding motivation so let's give them their needed doses! In everything, love thyself. Healing our wounds is the foundation of self-love, health and resilience.

Attendee at the window was not friendly, and there was a weird mildew smell permeating from the drive-thru window area that was overwhelming for us. It was our first time trying Andy's and was disappointing to say the least.

We went last night and the service was not too great. We stood there for a while before anyone even came up to the window and when someone did they were so rude and not friendly at all. She was short with me, didnt smile or anything, and she didnt even tell me my total. She took my order and said “ok” then looked at the card machine for me to pay. After that we sat on the bench and then she came back to the window with our order and just set it on the counter and left. The icecream was great but the staff could be a little more friendly.

Weekends on hot summer nights this is a stop that is worth going to even if it appears crowded it is worth the wait. The frozen custard is the base for some truly exceptional toppings or concrete. It's so good you might just turn around and reorder.

Love this place. Nothing I've ever had here has been bad. It's a bit expensive but worth it. Service is pretty fast even though it's popular.

Ok Andy's, I'm old. (50) I get that. But I simply wanted a bowl of ice cream with peanut butter on top. Simple. I was with my daughter who wanted one of your Concretes. The attendant would not SIMPLY pour the peanut butter on top. It came in a separate dish and I had to do it. Ok...that's plain STUPID. I really don't care what nonsense reason you have. It's STU...PID! Not only is your cost per extra cup has to be mind bending at the end of the day. Pennies on the dollar. I honestly am not coming back. I can do my own work. The point of going out is for you to do it for me...I do for everyone ALL week long and you waste my time and aggravate me for some nonsense. Hard. Pass.
