Custard is pretty good but the service was horrible and they need to hose down the outside area more often. Spilled ice cream everywhere. We waited over 30 min, as did many others, for a two person order. Can't blame a bunch of HS girls working there. Not sure there was a manager on duty. Hopefully it was a one time thing. We will give it another try.

Went for the first time today to get my son a milkshake.We ordered the birthday cake…came out basically a cup of milk…the sprinkles were just sitting at the bottom of the cup and there was no cake in the milkshake. Honestly the worst excuse for a milkshake I’ve ever had..my 8 year old wouldn’t even drink it. I expected way better for $7 and unfortunately will never be back. In this economy $7 is a lot to be thrown in the trash

I’m a Andy’s addict to say the least… I’m a everyday or every two days goer. They have ye fastest service I’ve ever witnessed. 10/10
The lines at both walk up and drive were long and backed up tonight. It was a busy night, but for some reason only two people were staffed. Took forever to get my treat. I feel terrible for the employees, they did a good job with what they had, but they need more people working if they don't want to lose out on business.
