I was fairly disappointed. Had a long day, and thought to treat myself. Looked up the closest place I could get a root beer float from and that’s how I found this place. The medium root beer float consisted of single scoop of ice cream and root beer, neither full nor cold. I won’t be stopping here again to fulfill that craving.
Edit: From 2 stars to 1. I emailed them as they told me to and it’s been a week and nobody got back to me. What’s even the point of telling me to email? Such an unprofessional business and I assume that their posting under comments here is to make themselves look good rather than to actually correct any issues. Mark and avoid.
2nd edit: They emailed back, promised to give something to me through the app; never responded nor gave anything. Time to move on. Lesson learned when the service was bad at first. Successfully wasted my time. I’m going to assume they rage baited me because of my bad review.
I love Andy’s Custard, which is why I’m giving this 3 stars instead of less. However, my visit last night with my family was disappointing.
Among the items we ordered was a kids plain vanilla custard for my grandson. When it was handed to us, it honestly looked like leftovers scraped into a tiny cap-sized container. I asked the employee if that was truly the serving size for a kids order, and they confirmed that it was.
I took a photo of what was served because I couldn’t believe this was considered an appropriate portion. I don’t expect a large amount for a kids size, but this felt unreasonable for something we paid for. It was so small it felt like it should have been complimentary. I hope Andy’s reconsiders what they consider an acceptable kids serving.
A lot of people let the word custard turn them off about this place but it is GOOD. Gave it a try and so glad I did.
Really good custard 🍨
Yummy Yummy 😋 pumpkin pie and a fudge,Carmel and nuts 😋
Great treats
Awesome frozen custard
Lady with blonde curly hair was genuinely rude. Yes bad day but there has to be some kindness. Me and my friends were all very very kind. Order got messed up but we ended up with an extra shake instead of more toppings. We accepted it though even though she rudely said is that all or. I hope she just had a bad day but your actions hurt others and I felt disrespected.
We love Andy’s! The custard is always so good & fresh! 5/5 for the frozen custard itself.
As for service- the day shift is always very pleasant and upbeat. As for the night shift, every time we have went, it seems that they would rather be anywhere else and look at customers as an inconvenience.
So if you go, I would go during the day! But the custard is great any time!
Yesterday evening my wife and I came in for ice cream and decided to order the build your own sundae. We decided to get 1 topping and when we got to the window I was handed a kids one scoop. I tried to explain to the lady that what she gave us was not the correct cup but she insisted that it was! I paid $9.86 and received 2 kid scoops! The lady acted like it was a hassle to add the cherry on the ice cream also. I’ve never had a pour experience at Andy’s until last night. What happened to checking with someone if you’re unsure instead of trying to debate with a repeat paying customer? Gotta do better Andy’s!

The frozen custard is limited in flavors and was just ok. Nothing special.
