Love the custard but the service is incredibly slow. Drive thru moves like a snail and walk up isn't any better. I'm generally patient but this was too much.I would like to update my review. I have returned to Andy's and maybe it was a bad day but the service was better on my most recent visit and I really love the flavor of the soft serve.

Please have your employees glove their hands before handling the bananas. This is the second time I’ve come up here and and I got hand germs all over my strawana
Custard/ ice creme is exceptional but a tad pricey. Still, the quality explains it.Family visit but it's not well-designed for staying their although there are benches and a heater about 10-12 feet above. It heated the tops of our heads but it was still chilly.

Love their delicious Jackhammer, Cones, you name it their treats are the best!Today, I noticed a Sign out front for Caramel Apples! I had to stop. They are offering Double Dipped, Reese’s and Pecan. Let me just say that the Apple was crisp, fresh and tasted delicious! There are 3 servings per apple too;)These will be available through November 20.Go check Andy’s out. You will be very happy that you did;)

I would not recommend this place because of bad customer service ? the lady that took my order was wonderful she had great customer service when it was time for me to pay they didn’t have Apple Pay so I told her to make my order and I will be right back I live up the road to go get my card and the 2nd lady that helped me she had blond hair and it was straighten when I got back to pay was very rude and looked like I bothered her so much and I asked her for a lids for the ice the I got i spent about $40 on ice cream she rolled her eyes at me and I didn’t even get spoons I won’t be going back I got ice cream 09/21/23 about 9:30pm I spent so much money and being treated the way she was that is not acceptable at all
