I love their chicken and shrimp Skillet creation. The cook always just such a wonderful but super short-staffed and you do end up sitting there for quite a while. Food is Wonderful as always. Dedicated customer ?

This place is a joke...Literally waited 25 min until the waitress came to us. Mind you she was attending every table around us in the meantime. We put a drink order and and that's when the comedy started. The bartender was no where to be found for at least 15 min. Then she magically appeared from the back. Well we ordered 2 Classic margaritas and she literally looked up how to make it (we watched her). She put the ice in the glasses and let it sit there forever while she made other drinks and attended to other stuff. Well when they finally arrived (after we had to tell the waitress WTH is going on?). The glass was halfway filled with melted ice. I looked at the waitress and laughed and said you cant be serious right now are you, she took them back to get fresh ice. She brought them back and I had no idea but you get the shaker to pour your drink out of. So when took off the top of the strainer it was FILTHY! So not only did I wait 25 min for a margarita that has 3 ingredients, I also have to put my own out of a dirty strainer LOL. You cant make this up. Safe to say no tip was left. Oh yea, I would like to tell the manager who walked the floor with his Applebee's hat backwards and sagging pants that handed food out, Your doing a great job Buddy lol. this place is a joke.

Never had a good meal, no matter time of day. Last order included free app. That was only great part of meal. To start, I couldn't get website to accept order. Friend was kind enough to order for me. Asked for 8oz sirloin well done with steamed broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. Got medium rare with shrimp and gooey mess on top(didn't ask for that). Needless to say I was sick for 2 days afterwards. Never again. Done giving them a chance.

I got my order through Uber eats and I was shocked. The shrimp was overcooked even my cat couldn’t eat any!! You forgot the French fries!! And also the ice cream was melted on their. I will never ever order again from this restaurant.

Waited almost 30 minutes after being sat just to get our drink order. I had ordered the All you can eat wings. The waitress kept doing other things and the food was always cold by the time she remembered. She only checked on us when she dropped off the check. It was the worst dining experience ever at an Applebee's.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was having lunch with my disabled son who is in a wheelchair, when our server Kelly told him to “ pop a wheelie “ then proceeded to shove a chicken tender down his throat. I have never had something so outrageous happen in my life and now my son is scared of chicken tenders. Besides the point I will be back again next Tuesday for my 3 course 11.99 meal. I just don’t recommend Kelly.

My server Jenna was an absolute delight, not only helped explain a lot of the items we were curious about but also was knowledgeable about allergens. Service was fast and accurate (: Would definitely come back!

Came here for our anniversary dinner. Nasty. Bathrooms were filthy... didn't know where to step foot in there. Our table was so sticky when the server slid my wife's drink across the table, it stuck and spilled her drink across the table. Then no ribs !! No juice for the drink I ordered. Our chips were stuck together and old. Everything tasted like old grease!!! Disgusting Disgusting distgusted!!!!!!! It's 4 p.m. on a Tuesday!!!

the food was 'okay', too much salt... but the service was AWFUL. she forgot multiple items on our order. had to ask for napkins. had to ask for silverware. never brought change back from cash payment of bill, terribly slow, and there were only two tables there. won't be back.

To begin, the music is way too loud. The place is almost empty and it took 20 minutes to get a beer and a mixed drink. The server is totally clueless but a very nice person. My cajun bourbon chicken and shrimp tasted like extremely salty garlic, no bourbon, no Cajun. Terrible experience and we will never go back.

Our server was awesome. I am vegetarian and she took the time to tell me my options. It would be perfect if you didn't have to pay extra for the impossible burger to replace the cheese burger and they won't put the impossible burger in place of the mushroom cheese burger. If you are going to charge me extra anyway why not. This didn't make sense. Other than that my food was good.

Vegetarian options: They need more options other than just the impossible cheese burger.

Ordered a cheeseburger for takeout, but you know that paper that goes between the meat patties? They decided to leave that on the burger and then grill it and put cheese on it. It was petty noticeable that there was paper on the burger, so I am going to assume that they don't even look at the food when they prepare it. What a waste of time and money. Don't risk it, and order here for right now. Something is seriously wrong.Update: changed to 1 star because the feedback link they provided doesn't even work. This place really cares.
