They say “do you need any other sauces besides the marinara?” Yes please Arby’s sauce too and then get home and no freaking marinara sauce. Like how do eat mozzarella cheese sticks without it ???? Why mention it at all if you ain’t gonna put it in the bag. I would have specifically asked for marinara sauce but I didn’t since they said that. IT SHOULD BE ASSUMED IT GOES WITH THE CHEESE STICKS. BUT IF THEY WPULD OF JUST SAID “any sauces “ I would have said marinara AND ARBYS SAUCE. BUT THE REAL KICKER IS IVE CALLED 15 times now and no answer. Why have a phone???????????????????

Update 2/21/24 So I understand right . The workers can't talk to the customers or can no two white men have small talk anymore with out being interrupted and the employee told to stop that dollar store Sequilla and get back to work after about 2 seconds? This place has mostly been a dumpster fire but the food is good enough to return but the employee attitude isn't.When their not out of roast beef, and the doors aren't locked with the drive through isn't interrupting while your ordering, it's a nice place to eat. It's a hit and miss place.
The girl working the window at the Arby’s on Memorial was so high that she couldn’t comprehend what I was saying . I ordered three combos and had to repeat every single thing twice and I speak clearly and slowly when I order. When I got to the window it was obvious that she was impaired with glassy eyes and slurred speech. Apparently this store doesn’t care who they let represent them. At least they should put someone on the window that can take orders. Don’t tell me to go ahead and order if you’re not ready to take it.

The girls working tonight did a fantastic job with my order. I believe this was on Patricia's (I hope I got her name right) shift. I got the brown sugar bacon turkey meal with curly fries and a sprite. I ate in the main area. Great suggestion with this sandwich.It was a great experience, they were so pleasant. They looked like they were having a great time while working and got my order out very quickly.
