The girl working the window at the Arby’s on Memorial was so high that she couldn’t comprehend what I was saying . I ordered three combos and had to repeat every single thing twice and I speak clearly and slowly when I order. When I got to the window it was obvious that she was impaired with glassy eyes and slurred speech. Apparently this store doesn’t care who they let represent them. At least they should put someone on the window that can take orders. Don’t tell me to go ahead and order if you’re not ready to take it.

The girls working tonight did a fantastic job with my order. I believe this was on Patricia's (I hope I got her name right) shift. I got the brown sugar bacon turkey meal with curly fries and a sprite. I ate in the main area. Great suggestion with this sandwich.It was a great experience, they were so pleasant. They looked like they were having a great time while working and got my order out very quickly.

If we want a burger, their Wagyu steakhouse burger is one of the best and at a great price... when they are in "season". They also have a seasonal Chicken salad sandwich on wheat-based sliced bread that is great. If not available, they still have a great chicken, bacon, and cheese sandwich, or great ham sandwiches, or great gyros. I know our Arby's on Memorial in Murfreesboro has some pretty honest people on staff (putting the customer first, from my current experience...). Try this Arby's!
We dined kind of late on a Saturday night. Employees were friendly and attentive. The dining room and restrooms were very clean. Like seriously felt as clean or cleaner than a Chick-fil-A. Food was fresh. Also they always accept the flyer coupons with no hassle. I was pleasantly surprised at the experience. My husband likes to dine in occasionally at fast food places and I honestly usually dread it because I get the ick from how dirty the place is and unprofessional the people are. That was definitely not the case at this Arby's! :)

I don't see how this Arby's stays in business... They do one order at a time for the drive thru the last two times I have been here. They have one person taking orders and then they go make the food and then they bring it to you and take the next order. Today's visit to see if I could finally get a sandwich from there, after 25 mins. in line, I just left. They had served one car.

Look up the hours online, said they close at 11:00 p.m. I sat at the screen which was still on for about 20 minutes. There was no answer or response. Drove around to the window to can I see the employee on his phone. He came to the window and told me they close 10 minutes ago which would have only been 10:00 p.m. all lights were still on
