Ordered bubble gum ice cream, being told by the employee it would be about 10 minutes for the ice cream to thaw because it wasn’t out, which I was fine with. However 25 minutes later I still didn’t have it so I had to go check and they got it to me.

1 star, came in yesterday at 9 sharp. Young male with a dirty apron and pants below his waist made my milkshake. It was slimy and and watery. After he served me, he proceeded to sit down on a bucket while eating what may have seemed Cameroonian rice and chicken. When I asked for him to remake it he just ignored me and walked away slowly. Never coming back here again.

I was very impressed with the staff at this location. I arrived around 900pm and received a very warm greeting. The young lady who assisted me was knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect flavor.

Went in last night around 6ish to discover what looked like a hang out. 1 employee was sitting on top of the counter where cakes are prepared playing on her phone. The other was making ice cream for what appeared to be her friend as 2 boys were hanging out in the lobby. Either employee ever acknowledged we walked in the door. We stood there for a min or so and just turned around and walked out. I hope the mgr of this baskin had a convo about what place performance we had to drive across town to the other Baskin. Pretty rude and not a good look!

Been there twice around 9:30pm and the open sign is on but the door is locked. Employees just look at me.. Hire adults not kids.
The employees working were fun, professional and attentive so u gave 2 stars but once we got our ice cream it was very frosty lots of ice pieces and tasted like it had frost bite. I thought it was just my vanilla,but oreo, and sherbert and rocky road all tasted the same as well. Almost like it was old. The cones seemed fresh ice-cream wasn't enjoyable at all.

We stopped in late Thursday evening for cones. The 2 tall guys were gracious in serving us and we enjoyed our visit.

NO GLOVESSSS?????!!!!!!!! I just came from this location and the cleanliness of this establishment is highly questionable. Workers are handling ice cream without gloves and long hair that should be put up in a net dangling over the ice cream. I was in the drive through with my family and witnessed the actions behind the counter and just drove off. Never again.

Just moved to Murfreesboro. Second time I went in tonight. All young kids working and had friends in there. All the workers were to busy talking and playing around to wait on us. Took awhile for them to make our order. Manger or owner really needs to do something about this.
