The employees working were fun, professional and attentive so u gave 2 stars but once we got our ice cream it was very frosty lots of ice pieces and tasted like it had frost bite. I thought it was just my vanilla,but oreo, and sherbert and rocky road all tasted the same as well. Almost like it was old. The cones seemed fresh ice-cream wasn't enjoyable at all.

NO GLOVESSSS?????!!!!!!!! I just came from this location and the cleanliness of this establishment is highly questionable. Workers are handling ice cream without gloves and long hair that should be put up in a net dangling over the ice cream. I was in the drive through with my family and witnessed the actions behind the counter and just drove off. Never again.

Just moved to Murfreesboro. Second time I went in tonight. All young kids working and had friends in there. All the workers were to busy talking and playing around to wait on us. Took awhile for them to make our order. Manger or owner really needs to do something about this.

The ice cream is fine. The workers don't really do anything about the state of the ice cream. What the workers do control is their ATTITUDES? We come in on Valentine's Day and besides us there was one group of five sitting at their tables, one group of three figuring out their order, and 2 people in the drive through. A girl with a headset started getting verbally annoyed and upset about the fact it was busy and started slamming chairs on the tables. She had no composure even though customers were standing feet away from her throwing a tantrum. Once she CLEARED the people because of her attitude we sat in our car to eat our ice cream and watched as the other girl swept the litter OUTSIDE! Napkins, utensils, plastics because she could not be bothered to grab a dust pan. Absolutely horrific employees. They then shut down early before their closing time of 10 pm.

Amazing service!! Came ~7:20pm and they loaded up my cone, those 2 tall boys know how to serve ice cream!! Wasn't the first time here and 100% but the last! 5/5 food, 5/5 service, 5/5 atmosphere! Very clean as well!!

Went Saturday night staff was really friendly and outstanding especially Eshaan the kid with the curly hair very hard working and knowledgeable. Ice cream was on point this place sure didn't disappoint. I will be a regular customer here moving forward.

Stopped in to buy a ice cream cake. They had one we wanted. When we asked them if they could write happy birthday on it, they rolled their eyes and ignored use at first and then debated if anyone could do it. One young man finally said he could try. We decided candles would be enough this year. The attitude of the other employees was so offensive I almost didn’t buy it. But you want to take care of your child.

They were so, so cool! Generous portions, fair prices, and even made it right for me after a scoop fell off my cone of in the parking lot lol! (Which they didn’t have to do!)
Dietary restrictions: When I was vegan, their dairy free cookie dough ice cream was my go-to!
Parking: Limited spots in a smaller area, but usually isn’t so busy you can’t find a spot.
