This is by far one of the best shows we have ever seen. We have been all over the U.S. and this was by far much better than any other famous restaurant we have eaten at. Brought friends and everyone was impressed. We will definitely be back soon.

My favorite new restaurant in Murfreesboro. The food is great and the service is even better If you’re looking for a new place to eat you should give it a try!

Our food is always outstanding but the owner and his family go out of their way to make us always feel welcome. They have become my favorite restaurant in Murfreesboro. We eat there at least once a week. I love their clear broth soup and their salad. My husband gets a combination meal with shrimp, chicken and steak. The egg rolls are the best in town. All around great restaurant.

Food is good but our service was very slow and this was for lunch through the week My chicken was a little overcooked (I had the hibachi).

Sat as a family of 4 at the hibachi table. There was a small wait and the hostess was apologetic about it but really was no issue at all. 2 in the party have gluten allergies which we disclosed to the hostess...she was on top of it and very knowledgeable. When we sat, she informed the waiter of our allergy and also noted it on our order. They took every precaution for us. Everything was amazing...food, service, chef, all the employees. Wish it was closer to home.

Nice little restaurant for sushi. Nice atmosphere. Good wait staff. Large menu. Hibachi and sushi, sashimi, fried rice, Udon, teriyaki, etc. I had the Out of control roll which was very good. Large portions.

Love going here for lunch - the sushi is great and the hibachi/bento boxes are delicious. Prices are reasonable, and the service is great. One of the best Asian/Japanese places on the northeast side of Murfreesboro.

At the recommendation of a friend, we visited Xiaos' Hibachi. The staff provided excellent customer service and made us feel at home. The hibachi chef was skilled and funny. We both had an excellent meal with plenty left over to take home. Neat little place in a strip mall off Memorial Blvd.

A first time visit to Xiaos Hibachi & Sushi on Sunday…specializing in Japanese and Hibachi dishes. Met James and he was very welcoming and got me some water and a Sappora along with a frosty mug. Decided to try an appetizer and went with the Pork Gyoza (some call them pot stickers) and had them pan fried. I must say…these were some of the best pan fried Gyoza I’ve ever had. Many times if these are even slightly overcooked the whole thing becomes leathery. These were cooked just enough, and with just a slight dip in the sauce and all six were gone fast. Was having a difficult time deciding on what meal I was going with…and with the help of James went with the combo of Hibachi Shrimp & Scallops. The meal also comes with a salad that was crispy and the dressing was good, the mushroom & scallion soup was OK…a bit bland. As for the main dish…it was overflowing with shrimp and scallops cooked to perfection while the vegetables were “al dente”. The teriyaki sauce used in the dish was quite good and not overly sweet as some places tend to make the sauce. May also checked on me several times and as she was making a drink behind the bar I inquired what it was and she was making a Mango Smoothie…and poured me a glass to sample…DELICIOUS!!! I would drink this as a smoothie or maybe with a bit of rum??? Overall…this place is solid providing good food and very friendly service. Saw a couple of Hibachi parties going on…very entertaining. While I have only tried one thing so far, I will come back to try their other dishes and maybe bring my sushi loving friends to assess the sushi side of their menu.

Our son took us for lunch and we would go again. The $7.99 sushi (choose from a list) was fresh and tasty and came with soup and salad. Hibachi steak at $9.99 was tender and the veggies were crisp and well seasoned. Recommended!

Nice local place tucked away beside Sprouts. Was skeptical from the outside, but food was delicious and staff were attentive. We went for the Hibachi, but they offer a good variety of sushi and offer table service as well as hibachi. We will be back.
