Excellent food. First time here. I ordered the brisket burger and it was so delicious. I really liked the root beer and cream soda as well. We will definitely be back. The others in my group were also very happy with their food.

I am not impressed with my service . I was here for like 40 minutes total and only saw waitress twice. She didn’t come to see if I needed anything after my plate was brought. Food was just ok. Won’t be back. This was my second visit and the service was similar on

Tried one of the family meals and it was horrendous. Both proteins we ordered were inedible. Chicken was extremely overcooked and tri tip was charred and burned on one side and completely rare on the other side. Sides and salad were okay but for nearly $70 you should get edible food. Save yourself some time and headache and go elsewhere this was our first and last time giving this place a try.

Yesterday was my second and last time trying BJ's. My family and I went for Valentine's night and were impressed until I tried my entree. The prime rib special tasted like deer meat. I didn't complain because I didn't want to embarrass my daughter. I was impressed by everything else including the service but only took the prime rib home of which I had only eaten one bite, to feed it to my Great Pyrenees. So my daughter and I decided to give it one more try yesterday because they carry a tik tock trendy dessert. When we arrived there was barely anyone in the restaurant. It was very dark and smelled stale and there was loud music playing. If I had gone to talk to someone, I would not have been able to have a conversation at this restaurant. There was a million tables available yet the guy that greeted us decided he wanted to clean a table near the bar for us even though there were others around it already clean and dry. That's fine but we had to wait a couple of minutes and our table was wet which I find kind of yucky. There seem to be only one girl handling the tables in use. After about 5 minutes she greeted us and took our drink order. It took a good 10 minutes to get our appetizer.. We got the mac and cheese bites and they were good. My daughter got the fettuccine alfredo and it came out hot. I got the chicken quinoa Mediterranean dish and it was barely warm, airing on the cold side.. The chicken in both of our dishes tasted like canned chicken which a turn off to me. Neither one of us ate very much and I was looking for the server who was busy making mixed drinks behind the bar. I waited a good 10 minutes before I could get her attention get boxes and check out. I don't think we'll be back

I’ve eaten at other BJ restaurants and they were always awesome, but this was a whole other level of bad. Horrible service. Rude wait staff. Food was TERRIBLE! Something is seriously wrong when your mash potatoes are pink. Chicken was strange consistency. Canned mushrooms. Artichoke dip was cold. Bathrooms were filthy. Trash was overflowing, toilets leaked and it wreaked of urine. No toilet paper. Literally one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Prices were ridiculous for the extremely poor quality of food. Charged for soda refills that weren’t asked for. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that. Someone needs a health department inspection. Hoping to god we don’t all have food poisoning tomorrow…oh, and speaking of god, what’s up with a sports bar playing evangelical stations preaching on the televisions?

Great food, especially love the cinnamon role pizookie. The service however is absolutely atrocious. When we went, it took twenty minutes to get our drink order and another twenty before we needed to ask the hostess to get our waitress to come over. And even after telling them, our waitress walked by our table at least four times before finally taking our order. And when she came over she was rude. Ultimately, if you like good food and are willing to spend 2 & 1/2 hours to eat a good burger, you’ll probably enjoy yourself.

My wife and I both ordered the fillet. She asked for rare, and I asked for medium. Both steaks arrived well done. We asked for a replacement steaks, and both replacement steaks also arrived well done. The manager apologized and took the steaks off the bill.

I used to love BJs, recently came back and had some ok experiences, but todays knocked it out of the park and I’m happy i came back. Kelsey was my waitress and she was so calming and personable, i had the best lunch out I’ve had in a while. I’ll be back and hopefully during her shift!

I have been coming to your establishment for many years & have always had a great experience....as a matter of fact, when my son who lives in San Antonio comes home BJ's is always his go-to place. Today, however, I experience the absolute worst service by CAROLINE. This will not prevent me from coming back, but I will absolutely not have her as my server again. Yes, it was busy but she only had 3 tables. I'm in the service industry myself & if I don't like my job, or not feel good, or in a bad mood I stay home....it shows CAROLYN. Thank you

The atmosphere was really nice. The seating was comfortable. That's where it stopped for me. We were a table of 5. The waitress took our orders and seemed to be off to a good start. Salads came out quickly. The rest of the food took a little while, no big deal. When the food did come out, I had ordered bone in wings with a dry rub. The waitress came out and put down plain boneless wings. She looked at me and said, "did you order bone in or boneless". I told her again what I had ordered. She went back to the kitchen to put in the correct order. The rest of the table had their meals. After everyone was done, mine came back out. It looked good, but when I ate one wing, it was still uncooked....Not the best experience. After the long wait to eat dinner with friends, ended up eating popcorn at home.

I was with a 5 top on 2/12/24 in the dining room. The server we had was very quiet and it was hard to hear him confirm if he got our orders correct as he was taking them. He did incorrectly hear one of our guests and did bring her the wrong order. He also was unsure of the happy hour specials that the restaurant had and and to run around to find if another guests food was included in the discount. He ended up getting his manager to comp her bill in the end.The floor was kind of sticky and it smelled of fryer oil in the restaurant. Overall, most tables were clean and empty during a monday dinner rush.I had the BJ's bowl and the salmon I added smelled a bit fishy but had good flavor.
