I place a online order in the new Orlando location. Online it said my order will be ready at 6:00p.m. I arrived at the location wait over 45 minutes and decide it to ask again what the lady on the counter responded you could see us only 2 of us here and she order a lot of stuff. What I found very unprofessional to give that response I will never return to this location after waiting for an hour for an order.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and have always ordered the same thing, nachos with chips and queso on the side. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing issue almost every visit. There seems to be constant confusion between the Cabo Bowl and the Nachos since they’re priced the same, even though the only real difference is the queso size and whether the chips are served separately.
I prefer my chips on the side to avoid sogginess, and I’ve ordered them this way since my very first visit. However, I constantly find myself having to re-explain or justify this preference, and more often than not, I end up receiving a smaller queso than what comes with the nachos. The inconsistency between visits depending on who takes the order has made this increasingly frustrating.
While I’ve continued to support this location through multiple price increases without complaint, the ongoing confusion and difficulty getting a simple, consistent order right has become discouraging. If distinguishing between the two menu items is this problematic, it may be time to make a clear menu presentation and pricing distinction to prevent future confusion. Unfortunately, after years of giving the benefit of the doubt, this will likely be my last visit.

Blue Coast Burrito is probably my favorite restaurant. I go there very often and have probably been there over 50 times so I know all about it. Their food is very good. They have a kids menu and regular menu. Staff is great. Tuesdays are kids night where kids meals (little surfer meals) are 2.99 if I recall correctly and it is a great deal. The fruit tea is great and they sell gallons of it. The tortilla chips are great and the salsa bar is awesome.

Placed an order for carnitas nachos. Picked up my order and thankfully I decided to stay and eat instead of going back home because I realized there was no meat in my nachos. They corrected the mistake but it was cold carnitas tossed on top of the already made nachos. You really should remake the order. It wasn’t very appetizing. Ending up throwing most of it out and just leaving. Win some you lose some I guess. I think it depends which location. I DoorDash and always see the one on memorial packed with people so I thought it was good.
Went into the store on a diet and asked for their nutrition menu. The woman taking the order didn’t speak English- pointed me to their catering menu. I look through it- no nutrition info. Ask the lead/manager about it, and again, the MANAGER, points to the catering menu- I tell her it’s not there. She said it should be on our website- again, I pulled up my phone, to show her NOPE, no caloric or indgredient info on the site either. She even mentioned someone has asked about it before then said they don’t have anything. I said thank you and left.
If you can’t show me what’s in your food, I don’t really want it. If I’m not the first person to ask, like most other restaurants. you should have the information available. Hell, even McDonalds has calories on their menu.
