Gentleman behind the counter was great. He changed gloves when I told him I had an allergy. Made a great suggestion on mixing ground beef and spicy chicken.

Over priced Chipotle. Needs more seasoning

My husband and myself was just in the past weekend. I want to thank the staff for going above and beyond for me. I have a lot of food allergies, and it's hard for me to eat out. I asked about the chicken and the seasoning in it. She didn't know and went to ask her manager. They weren't quiet sure of all the seasonings, and she suggested not taking a chance. I thanked her, and she asked the two male servers to change their gloves, wash their hands and serve me out of the prep supplies from the one behind them. That way there was no way of cross-contamination.
That goes to show us both, they not only care about their quality of food, service and atmosphere, but for someone like me. I will make sure to eat there again, with no worries. I got a large burrito, black beans, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. It was delicious and it made it more special, since the extra love and attention was given.

the manager there was rude didn’t even get a greeting and looked at us like we were a problem then told me the shrimp taco would take 7 mins so we waited for a good bit just for her to tell us that it was in the bag when she watched us stand around for about 10 mins

Supported bluecoast for well over a decade. Really sad to see them sell out and corporate greed get the best of what was once a great thing. They hey charge top dollar for a burrito bowl and switched the steak to a dog food grade alternative. Also, the chicken and pineapple salsa/fruit tea have went down hill tremendously. With the amount of similar options in the area, I won’t be returning for a long time. Cutting cost so the dude with the razor shaved head can make more money. It’s pretty ridiculous, when you leave a burrito bowl restaurant and spend $20 and get what looks like spam as a steak substitute. It leaves more than just a bad taste in your mouth.

The service was awful. The young lady taking our order kept throwing out food around and slammed our plates down. Service was awful. And also drinks were too. Horchata is supposed to be white not brown. So if y'all wanted some white washed food , just save your money and go to Taco Bell.

The Leaves here are always green and if not they don't hesitate to change them out..Love that!
