No matter how many times I order delivery from this restaurant they DO NOT pay attention to customers requests. They NEVER pack utensils when requested and they NEVER pack the extra dressings/add on's as requested and I paid for it. What is so freaking hard to read that there are add on's on an order? This is considered stealing from a customer! Get it together!

Adorable restaurant with the beach vibe reminiscent throughout and a Beetle "bug" on display with several surf boards.Think Chipotle but with better ingredients and less salt. It was delicious and a last minute stop for us through town and on the way home. The people with children: there is a kid's meal option as well.

I have been eating at this location since I was in college nearly 20 years ago. That building used to be a revolving door of restaurants, but Blue Coast stuck around due to its great food and value. Always clean and plenty of smiles. It's so far superior to Chipotle I don't know where to begin!

My hot chicken burrito was amazing! I got black beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and rice on a huge spinach wrap. I love the way they fold it where it holds everything no matter how full I stuff it! Wow! The warm chips and tomatillo salsa and pineapple salsa are my faves. Love this place! I also love the main location because of the cool decor and friendly staff. Great place for families with young children also.

This was my second time trying blue coast, and it will be my last. Our first time in, guy behind the counter was rude and wouldn't make the fish for my burrito. I brushed it off because I understand that people have bad days. Second time coming in, and I didn't getting any attitude for asking for a fish burrito. But the three teenage girls behind the counter, were bad mouthing me within hearing range while the fish was cooking. Needless to say this establishment doesn't care about customer service.

Food was just ok. SMALL MENU, not much to pick from.Employees were not friendly. There were 6 young employees working that night but there were 3 dirty tables while we were there. Floor needed to be swept also. The place was not busy and they all stayed behind the counter talking..... probably won't go back.

Food is always good. It's a self choice food, build as you choose each item you want on your plate place. Good quality. Much better than Chipotle.

MEH...Got 2 burritos, 2 chips and drink and queso in a tiny salsa cup for $32.00, we even tipped $5.The entire meal was bland and the pineapple salsa that used to be amazing tasted watered down. Not terrible enough to take it back but super disappointing. Looking back, I wish we had just asked for a refund and returned our food, we could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and gotten two small steak lunches for the price we paid here. The girl who made our food was not rude but certainly not welcoming. The bathroom was not filthy but it was sticky and not cleaned well. The whole place just felt real sad. Didn't help that it felt humid in the restaurant, like the a/c wasn't working correctly.Shame because the food used to be good and the salsa was stupendous but today was disappointing enough to not come back again.

As i was about to order, I asked a simple question to the girl behind the counter. I asked, “is the regular burrito the large tortilla?” Without looking at me or even trying to answer my question, she tossed down a tortilla and started putting rice in it. As she did this, she said, “rice and beans?” The customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen it there before. The girl at the register was the only one who even anime or looked me in the eye.The food was decent as it usually is, nothing out of the ordinary.
