We just ordered from Bojangles and had a horrible experience. We ordered the family meal and did not receive any biscuits. The chicken was not fresh at all. The coleslaw was expired. And we were charged for two family size orders of fries that we did not receive.

Ordered through the bojangles app, we received the completely wrong order, I called the restaurant and the lady told me to drive there and she would take care of everything and remake my order, I get there and she says sorry can't do anything about it since it was an online order, then proceeded to completely ignore me, finally an older gentleman came and asked me what was missing amd very nice and fixed everything for me. Other than the one gentleman that was amazingly helpful, the rest of the staff were very rude and ignored me. We will be going to a different location from now on.

I used the drive thru so i can't speak to the atmosphere but we ordered chicken stripsand because it was later in the evening they had to cook them frozen but the portion size was outstanding and they were hot! I felt like we got more than what was proportional! I would return if i am in the area!

It's rare to see the type of customer service I grew up with these days. However, earlier this week I experienced that same customer service and trust when I visited this Bo's for a drive thru dinner. The General Manager Larry went above and beyond any expectations! Such a nice soft spoken individual. The food is always delicious, but I will certainly be upping my visits due to the customer service!
