The place is disgusting. The lobby is closed we were told because of mold. But they are allowed to keep serving food?? Makes me question health inspections now. Got my refund and will never be back

Quite simply- do not go here. I ordered on the app, showed up 20 minutes later. They couldn’t find my order so asked me to ‘pull to the side’ for five minutes. I did so and waited nearly 15 before getting back in line (dining room was closed) to ask for a refund. While waiting in line a young man came up to the car to advise they were closed. What!?!? I said I just need my refund and I’ll go. He tells me I need to request a refund from the app. There is clearly no way to do that within the app so I say I’ll wait to get to the window in hopes that a manger can simply refund my money. I waited until that line for 25 minutes before driving off after realizing that the car in front of me was just parked there to prevent me from talking to anyone. This all happened around Noon. Why are they closing at noon? I’m out $37 and almost an hour of my time. I will not go back and would encourage anyone else not to. I get that staffing is an issue but closing midday and not filling to orders you have is bad faith operations and bad business.

Absolutely terrible. Came around 7:55pm and was just waiting for someone to take my order but no one said anything. Waited like 8 minutes saying “hello” and just heard people talking in the background. Another car was ahead of me and also drove off because no one was answering, just distant talking and laughing in the headset.
First of all half the menu in the Drive-Thru what's not visible stop to get breakfast awful if I could give it a zero I would biscuit was so flat there was only one side to it potato rounds were so greasy not edible it should be shut down through the whole meal in the trash and I don't have money to waste but you will be wasting your money going there.....

Must've changed your recipe because it is definitely no longer spicy. This was the second location I tried. I moved away about 2 years ago this was the only chicken restaurant I would go to before but the flavor has definitely changed. The staff here at this location were wonderful.

My only complaint is upper management. We went there on a weekday afternoon and there was only the manage and one worker. The manager was doing he best to take care of the drive through and counter. She deserves a raise. Corporate needs to do something about this. If they can't get help, shut down.

It's lunch but the service is very slow. I came here because I thought it would be quicker, sadly mistake. I then had to wait because there was only one wing. I was in between meetings and was late because I had to wait. Keep in mind there is not an influx of customers. I would call or do a survey but I wasn't provided a receipt so I will leave my review here. I usually enjoy this establishment but this was very disappointing to say the least.

This place is horrible for customer service. The last several times we have been here our order is wrong even after having to constantly repeat ourselves. This time we had to ask for a sandwich meal to be put in a bag. They just handed us everything separately. Save your frustrations and go to one of the many other chicken places around.
